Claims (19)
1. Biaksialt orienteret, mikroporøs flerlagsfolie med frakoblingsfunktion, hvis mikro-porøsitet opnås ved omdannelse af β-krystallinsk polypropylen ved strækning af folien, som omfatter mindst ét frakoblingslag I og mindst ét lag II, hvor frakoblingslaget indeholder propylenhomopolymer og propylen-blokcopolymer og β-nukleeringsmiddel og po-lyethylen, hvor folien omfatter en Gurley-værdi på 50 til 5000 s, et E-modul i længderetningen på >300 N/mm2 og i tværretningen på >500 N/mm2, og folien efter den i fem minutter er blevet udsat for en temperatur på 130 °C omfatter en Gurley-værdi på mindst 5000 s, hvor Gurley-værdien efter denne temperaturbehandling ligger mindst 1000 s højere end før, kendetegnet ved, at laget II er porøst, og laget II indeholder propylenhomopolymer og propylen-blokcopolymer og β-nukleeringsmiddel.
2. Folie ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polyethylenen af frakoblingslaget I omfatter et smeltepunkt på fra 115 - 140 °C.
3. Folie ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at smelteområdet af polyethylenen af frakoblingslaget I omfatter en bredde på maksimalt 10 K.
4. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at polyethylenen af frakoblingslaget I er en FIDPE eller en MDPE.
5. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at frakoblingslaget I indeholder 15 - 45 vægtprocent polyethylen i forhold til vægten af frakoblingslaget I.
6. Folie ifølge ét af kravene ltil 5, kendetegnet ved, at frakoblingslaget I indeholder 45 til 75 vægtprocent propylenhomopolymer, 10 til 45 vægtprocent propylen-blokcopolymer og 50 til 10.000 ppm β-nukleeringsmiddel.
7. Folie ifølge ét af kravene ltil 6, kendetegnet ved, at propylenhomopoly-meren er en højisotaktisk polypropylen med en kædeisotaxi (13C-NMR) på 96 til 99 %.
8. Folie ifølge ét af kravene ltil 6, kendetegnet ved, at propylenhomopoly-meren er en isotaktisk polypropylen med en kædeisotaxi (13C-NMR) på 90 til <96 %.
9. Folie ifølge ét af kravene ltil 8, kendetegnet ved, at nukleeringsmidlet er et calciumsalt af pimelinsyren eller af suberinsyren eller en carboxamid.
10. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at det porøse lag II indeholder 50 til 85 vægtprocent propylenhomopolymer, 15 til 50 vægtprocent propylen-blokcopolymer og 50 til 10000 ppm β-nukleeringsmiddel.
11. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at det porøse lag II indeholder 0-5 vægtprocent FIDPE og/eller MDPE.
12. Folie ifølge ét af kravene ltil 11, kendetegnet ved, at folien omfatter yderligere et porøst lag, som indeholder propylenhomopolymer og propylen-blokcopolymer og β-nukleeringsmiddel.
13. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at densiteten af folien ligger i et område på 0,1 til 0,6 g/cm3.
14. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at folien omfatter en Gurley-værdi på 50 til 5000 s, og efter den i fem minutter er blevet udsat for en tempera tur på 130 °C omfatter en Gurley-værdi på mindst 8000 s.
15. Folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at folien omfatter en tykkelse på fra 10 til 100 pm.
16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en folie ifølge ét eller flere af kravene 1 til 15, kendetegnet ved, at folien er fremstillet efter fladfoliefremgangsmåden, og at aftræksvalsetemperaturen ligger i et område på fra 60 til 130 °C.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, kendetegnet ved, at den ustrakte forfolie omfatter et indhold af β-krystallitter på fra 30 til 85 %.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16 eller 17, kendetegnet ved, at folien strækkes i tværretningen ved en temperatur, som maksimalt ligger 2 °C over smeltepunktet af polyethylenen.
19. Anvendelse af en folie ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 15 som separator i batterier eller akkumulatorer.
