Claims (11)

1. Belægningsformulering til metaller indeholdende et harpikssystem med i det mindste en ethen-umættet monomerbestanddel, kendetegnet ved, at der er indeholdt i det mindste en polymer bestanddel med et syre(meth)acrylat eller polymeriserbare gentagne gange funktionaliserede carboxylsyrer udvalgt af gruppen af dicarboxylsyrer samt AZO-initiatorer eller organisk peroxider, idet monomerbestanddelen er udvalgt af gruppen af methyl(meth)acrylater, ethyl(meth)acrylater, n-butyl(meth)acrylater, isobutyl(meth)acrylater, t-butyl(meth)acrylater, 2-hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylater, 2-hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylater og/eller 2-ethylhexyl(meth)acrylater, og idet den polymere bestanddel består af et methyl(meth)acrylat, ethyl(meth)acrylat, n-butyl(meth)acrylat, isobutyl(meth)acrylat, t-butyl(meth)acrylat, 2-hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylat, 2-hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylat og/eller 2-ethylhexyl(meth)acrylat.
2. Belægningsformulering ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at syre(meth)acrylatet er udvalgt af gruppen af beta-CEA.
3. Belægningsformulering ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den polymeriserbare gentagne gange funktionaliserede carboxylsyre er udvalgt af gruppen af itaconsyrer, fumarsyrer, maleinsyrer.
4. Belægningsformulering ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en polymer bestanddel er udvalgt af gruppen af de termoplastiske harpikser.
5. Belægningsformulering ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at en polymer bestanddel er udvalgt af gruppen af homopolymerer, copolymerer og/eller terpolymerer af en (meth)acrylharpiks.
6. Belægningsformulering ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en polymer bestanddel indeholder en (meth)acrylat-copolymer.
Ί. Belægningsformulering ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en polymer bestanddel kan være et reaktionsprodukt af en eller flere diener med styren, vinyltoluen, vinylchlorid, vinylacetat, vinylidenchlorid og/eller vinylester.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en belægningsformulering ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en ethen-umættet monomerbestanddel og i det mindste en polymer bestanddel polymeriseres med et syre(meth)acrylat eller polymeriserbare gentagne gange funktionaliserede carboxylsyrer fra gruppen af dicarboxylsyrer og de gængse hjælp- og tilsætningsstoffer ved hjælp af fri radikalisk polymerisation.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en belægningsformulering ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at der som hjælpe- og tilsætningsstoffer anvendes initiatorer, fortrinsvis organiske peroxider.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en belægningsformulering ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at der som initiatorer anvendes dialkylperoxider, ketoperoxider, peroxyestere, diacylperoxider, hydroperoxider og/eller peroxiketaler.
11. Anvendelse af belægningsformuleringen ifølge krav 1 til belægning af metaloverflader.
