Claims (12)
- PAT E NT KRAV1. Fremgangsmåde til beskyttelse af en forreste bæreplanskantflade mod sand- og vanderosion, omfattende trinene: (a) at påføre en manuelt slibelig basisbelægning på den forreste kantflade i form af en præformet støbt overdækning med en komplementær form til den forreste kantflade, (b) at forbinde den præformede støbte overdækning med den forreste kantflade; og (c) at påføre en sanderosionsfast topbelægning ved at børste eller spraye en flerhed af lag over basisbelægningen for at danne en erosionsbeskyttelsescoating, hvor den præformede støbte overdækning er et manuelt slibeligt ark, der kan tilpasses den forreste bæreplanskantflade, og basisbelægningen er indrettet til at have en sanderosionsrate udtrykt som massevægttab på større end 0,024 gram, og topbelægningen er indrettet til at have en sanderosionsrate på mindre end 0,020 gram.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, som endvidere omfatter trinene: (d) at udsætte erosionsbeskyttelsescoatingen for service, der eroderer dele af topbelægningen bort, og efterlade en flerhed af hulrum med uregelmæssige kanter i basisbelægningen; (e) at reparere erosionsbeskyttelsescoatingen ved slibning af flerheden af hulrum; (f) at påføre en reparationsbasisbelægning for at fylde flerheden af hulrum for at danne fyldte hulrum; og (g) at påføre en reparationstopbelægning over de fyldte hulrum.

- 6. Elastomer erosionsbeskyttelsescoating til en forreste bæreplanskantflade, omfattende: en basisbelægning, der består af en manuelt slibelig præformet støbt elastomer hætte, hvor basisbelægningen er forbundet med den forreste bæreplanskantflade, og et lag af sanderosionsfast topbelægning anbragt ovenpå den præformede støbte hætte påført ved at børste eller spraye en flerhed af lag for at danne topbelægningen, hvor basisbelægningen er indrettet til at have en sanderosionsrate udtrykt som massevægttab på større end 0,024 gram, og topbelægningen er indrettet til at have en sanderosionsrate på mindre end 0,020 gram.
- 7. Elastomer erosionsbeskyttelsescoating ifølge krav 6, der endvidere tilvejebringer midler til visuel detektion af vand- og sanderosionsskade på et bæreplan, omfattende: (a) et klæbelag af en første farve påført direkte på den forreste bærplanskantflade; (b) en basisbelægning af en anden farve valgt blandt gruppen bestående af en præformet støbt hætte med en form, der er komplementær til den forreste bæreplanskantflade, et præformet elastomert ark og et præformet elastomert bånd påført over klæbelaget; og (c) en topbelægning af en tredje farve ovenpå basisbelægningen, hvor den første farve, den anden farve og den tredje farve er kontrastfarver, der muliggør visuel detektion af skade på beskyttelsescoatingen ved visuel inspektion for at detektere forekomsten af den anden farve af basisbelægningen eller den første farve af klæbelaget, som indikerer skade i området.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor basisbelægningen er en manuelt slibelig basisbelægning, der klæber til den forreste kantflade af bæreplanet, med en sanderosionsrate over 0,024 gram/cm2 og en vanderosionsrate større end 100 minutter, hvor vanderosionsraten udføres med en vanddråbestørrelse på 1,8-2,0 mm, en 90 grader indfaldsvinkel og en regnmængde på en tomme pr. time.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bæreplanet er valgt blandt gruppen bestående af vindmølleblade, turbineblade, løbehjulsblade, ventilatorblade, kompressorblade, propelblade, skovle, stive skovle, hydroelektriske turbiner, vandskruer, vandturbiner, gasturbiner, tidevandsmøller, vindmøller, kompressorer, pumper, blæsere, vingehjul, propeller, rotorblade og ventilatorer.
- 10. Elastomer erosionsbeskyttelsescoating ifølge krav 6, hvor bæreplanet er valgt blandt gruppen bestående af vindmølleblade, turbineblade, løbehjulsblade, ventilatorblade, kompressorblade, propelblade, skovle, stive skovle, hydroelektriske turbiner, vandskruer, vandturbiner, gasturbiner, tidevandsmøller, vindmøller, kompressorer, pumper, blæsere, vingehjul, propeller, rotorblade og ventilatorer.
- 11. Elastomer erosionsbeskyttelseskomposit ifølge krav 6, hvor basisbelægningen har en sanderosionsrate udtrykt som massevægttab på større end 0,040 gram, og topbelægningen har en sanderosionsrate på mindre end 0,01 gram.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor basisbelægningen har en sanderosionsrate udtrykt som massevægttab på større end 0,040 gram, og topbelægningen har en sanderosionsrate på mindre end 0,01 gram.
