Abstract
The invention relates to a dust collector that includes an adjustable flexible outer rim circumference which forms a cavity which is partly dust-proof and can be mounted on an extraction system f, for example a vacuum cleaner which expels the collected amount of dust / swarf from the cavity.
Description
The invention relates to a dust collector that includes an adjustable flexible outer rim circumference which forms a cavity part that is dust-proof and can be mounted on an extraction system, for example. a vacuum cleaner which diverts the amount collected dust / shavings from the cavity (picks up the bowl), and can be used for several different sizes of tools and equipment (drill, hollow drill, hole saw mm.), and can be adjusted without tools, with the outer ring's diameter is variable and set and locked with an easy to handle lock / closing device such. Velcro or snap without being comprehensive. The collector can be used at any angle against a flat surface vertically or horizontally
The problem that is addressed by this invention is a tool that can be sized and used for all tasks for optimum collection and disposal of the dust and chips in the typical drilling holes or overfladefræsning, or the disposal of the same dust and chips so that the person performing the task does not get dust or other particles in the face, eyes or mouth and airways. The collector is designed so that it can be prepared and fitted at the production site of a craftsman or DIY person.
The collector is different from the known types and design of today in that it is adjustable and thus can be used in a variety of tools of different sizes and diameters, the outer ring comprises a flexible wall which, with a locking device can easily change the diameter and locked in the desired size. The currently known collectors, for example. KR20140004498 (U), CN203765593 (U), KR20140006187 (U), US2015110566 (A1), W02015010173 or CN203830787, all consist of a bowl having a fixed outer diameter is typically a molded dish or cup. The collector according to the invention differs in the further production phase, as it can be punched, cut, or cut and plano in a flexible material which is subsequently set by users in shape and be locked in the desired size. The collector is not fitted firmly on either machine or lives, but kept around the drilling tool and pressed against the surrounding surface. It also means that the collector easily and without bn® of værictefj can be moved fia task to task and easily Tammes for excavated materials that are too large to be sucked vækved using armed støvsugermaskme. The collector can after use be opened / opened and unfolded plano so it takes up less space during transport and storage flex. In a toolbox, or when it must be delivered from production to sale collector is significantly less bulky 1 Aall phases, as well as less energy in production and packaging. The outer ring can be performed in a variety of flexible materials and thicknesses thereof However, it is optimal to use the clear transparent materials that make it possible for the user to follow the workflow and keep -værktøjet in the right position.

Claims (5)
1. A dust collector characterized by comprising an adjustable outer ring of one of the starting point, flat piece of flexible and semi-transparent material with angular recesses along one edge of the cutouts forming a plurality of tabs. The outer ring is adapted to be rolled up into a cylinder and by means of a locking device will be maintained in this form. In the coiled form the flaps overlap each other and form a partial bottom. The dust collector comprises a sugetuds for coupling with a suction device such as a vacuum cleaner. The dust collector is adapted to be used with a drilling machine for collection and removal of dust and cutting residues from a drilling process.
2. A dust collector according to claim 1 characterized in that the outer rim diameter of the coiled shape is adjustable so that the dust collector can be used in drilling with drill bits of different sizes and diameters.
3. A dust collector according to claim 2 characterized in that the suction port is suitable to act as a handle.
4. A dust collector according to claim 3 characterized by being arranged to function properly without being fixedly mounted to a drilling machine or similar machines for sawing or grinding.
5. A dust collector according to claim 4 characterized in that the locking device is reopenable so that the outer ring after use can be returned to the flat shape.
