Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Apparatus (2.30) for stimulating and activating cell function in living tissues, e.g. in connection with wound treatment, and with a plurality of mutually movable apparatus parts (10), each comprising a plurality of LLLT laser diodes (26), characterized in that each of said apparatus parts is formed as narrow elongated luminaires (10), e.g. . having predominantly semi-circular cross-section, the LLLT laser diodes (26) are mounted on row (24) along the center of an elongated, preferably flat side portion (28) of the luminaires (10), and the LLLT laser diodes (26) of each of said luminaires (10) are so angularly adjusted that the laser light from respective LLLT diodes forms an elongated predominantly rectangular treatment area with an evenly distributed laser light energy amount (J / cm2). Apparatus (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two luminaires (10), each fitted with 15-25 pieces, preferably 20 pieces. LLLT diodes (26), with a power of 50 mW (mJ) / 670 ran, ie. with a preferably total power of approx. 2 J (2W). Apparatus (30) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises three or four luminaires (10), each mounted with 15-25 pieces, preferably 20 pieces. LLLT diodes (26), with a power of 50 mW (mJ) / 670 nm, ie. with a preferably total power of approx. 3 or 4 J (3 or 4W). Apparatus (2, 30) according to claims 1-3, characterized in that each luminaire (10) is arranged to treat an area of length 30 - 40, preferably approx. 35 cm, and a width of 9-15 cm, preferably approx. 12 cm, measured at a distance from the treatment surface of ca. 10 cm, i.e. that the effective treatment effect is approx. 2.38 mJ / cm 2 (0.14 J / min). Apparatus (2, 30) according to claim 1, characterized in that the LLLT diodes (26) are mounted on a common, insulated heat sink of aluminum with a mutual axis spacing of 10-15 mm, preferably 12 mm. Apparatus (2.30) according to claim 1, characterized in that said luminaires (10) are arranged, for example, in pairs pivotally. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said luminaires are each mounted on a flexible arm, e.g. consists of a flexible, articulated metal pipe connected to a narrow, end portion of the luminaire.
