Claims (8)
1. Anvendelse af LEO-satellit til luftfartskontrol (ATC); hvor LEO-satellitten er tilpasset til: a) modtagelse af et automatisk positionsovervågningssignal, ADS-B, fra et luftfartøj; b) modtagelse og/eller transmission af et signal fra/til et kontroltårn; c) modtagelse og/eller transmission af et VHF-signal fra/til et luftfartøj; hvor ADS-B-signalet udsendt fra luftfartøjet omfatter information om luftfartøjets position, fart og retning; hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at modtage et signal fra et kontroltårn og til at videresende signalet til et luftfartøj på en kompenseret VHF-frekvens, som kompenserer for frekvensskift som følge af Doppler-effekten, og hvor kompensationen er baseret på informationen fra luftfartøjets ADS-B-signal.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at modtage et signal fra et kontroltårn og til at videresende signalet til et luftfartøj på en small transmissionsbåndbredde på 8.33 kHz i regioner, hvor VHF-kanaler til luftfartskommunikation kører med nominelt 25 kHz afstand.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvor regionen er identificeret ved hjælp af informationen fra luftfartøjets ADS-B-signal.
4. Anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-3, hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at: - opfange et VHF-signal fra et luftfartøj; - korrigere for frekvensskift som følge af Doppler-effekten; og - videresende VHF-signalet til et kontroltårn.
5. Anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-4, hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at videresende ADS-B-signalet og/eller VHF-signalet fra et luftfartøj til en anden LEO-satellit placeret tættere på et kontroltårn.
6. Anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-5, hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at videresende signalet fra et kontroltårn til en anden LEO-satellit placeret tættere på et luftfartøj.
7. Et system (100) til luftfartskontrol omfattende: - en eller flere LEO-satellitter (110) tilpasset til: a) modtagelse af et automatisk positionsovervågningssignal, ADS-B, fra et luftfartøj (10); b) modtagelse og/eller transmission af et signal fra/til et kontroltårn (120); c) modtagelse og/eller transmission af et VHF-signal fra/til et luftfartøj (10); hvor ADS-B-signalet udsendt af luftfartøjet (10) omfatter information om luftfartøjets position, fart og retning; - et eller flere kontroltårne (300) tilpasset til at modtage og/eller transmitere et signal fra/til en LEO-satellit; hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at modtage et signal fra et kontroltårn og til at videresende signalet til et luftfartøj på en kompenseret VHF-frekvens, som kompenserer for frekvensskift som følge af Doppler-effekten, og hvor kompensationen er baseret på informationen fra luftfartøjets ADS-B-signal.
8. En LEO-satellit til luftfartskontrol, hvor LEO-satellitten er tilpasset til: a) modtagelse af et automatisk positionsovervågningssignal, ADS-B, fra et luftfartøj; b) modtagelse og/eller transmission af et signal fra/til et kontroltårn; c) modtagelse og/eller transmission af et VHF-signal fra/til et luftfartøj; hvor ADS-B-signalet udsendt fra luftfartøjet omfatter information om luftfartøjets position, fart og retning; hvor LEO-satellitten endvidere er tilpasset til at modtage et signal fra et kontroltårn og til at videresende signalet til et luftfartøj på en kompenseret VHF-frekvens, som kompenserer for frekvensskift som følge af Doppler-effekten, og hvor kompensationen er baseret på informationen fra luftfartøjets ADS-B-signal.
