Description
Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en fremgangsmåde og et apparat til at blande to væsker med forskellige viskositeter under opretholdelse af i det væsentlige konstant viskositet for blandingen. Opfindelsen angår især blanding af olier med forskellig viskositet, først og fremmest blanding af dieselolie med tung fuelolie til at føde motorer, f.eks. hjælpemotorer på fartøjer.
Med de voksende oliepriser er det stadig blevet vigtigere at reducere brændstofomkostningerne til drift af sådanne hjælpemotorer på fartøjer, der normalt kører på dieselolie. Til dette formål har man foreslået at blande lav-graderede olier (tunge fuelolier) med dieselolien til at føde sådanne motorer. Da disse motorer for deres drift kræver en olie med en specifik viskositet ved en given temperatur, må det sikres, at blandingsforholdet styres på en sådan måde, at man opnår en passende viskositet. Til dette formål har man foreslået et system, hvori blandingsforholdet reguleres ved at bestemme blandingens temperatur og viskositet. De affølte værdier fødes til en computerenhed, der omdanner den aflæste viskositetsværdi til en værdi, der svarer til den ønskede temperatur, og på grundlag af dette angiver blandingsforholdet, f.eks. ved at regulere arbejdet for to pumper, der føder blanderen med begge olier, således at en i det væsentlige konstant viskositet ved den ønskede temperatur opretholdes.
Dette system har den mangel, at den nødvendige computerenhed er en kostbar komponent. Endvidere kræver systemet brug af blandetanke. Det er ikke muligt at blande de to olier direkte i en ledning, der fører til motoren.
Den foreliggende opfindelse tilsigter at eliminere disse mangler. Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde og et apparat ved hvilket blandingstrinnet kan udføres på række uden at kræve anvendelsen af en kostbar computerenhed.
Ifølge opfindelsen afføles viskositeten og temperaturen for den olieblanding, der er opnået,..ved at blande olierne tilført ved hjælp af to pumper. Den aflæste viskositet benyttes til at regulere et opvarmningsorganf der opvarmer olieblandingen således, at en konstant viskositet opretholdes i blandingen gående ud fra opvarmningsorganet. Den aflæste temperatur benyttes til at regulere blandingsforholdet mellem de to olier, således at en i det væsentlige konstant temperatur opretholdes i den olie, der afgår fra opvarmnings-organet, hensigtsmæssigt ved at aktivere en variabel pumpe,der tilfører den ene af olierne.
Opfindelsen beskrives nedenfor i detalje under henvisning til tegningen, der skematisk illustrerer et apparat til at udøve fremgangsmåden til at blande disse olier og tung fuelolie for tilførsel til en motor.
Apparatet indbefatter en dieseloliepumpe 1, der på sin sugeside via en ledning 2 er tilsluttet til en dieselolietank, en ledning med en kontraventil 4 gående ud fra tryksiden, og en oliepumpe 5 for tung olie, hvilken pumpe på sin sugeside via en ledning 6 er tilsluttet til en tank med tung fuelolie, en ledning 7 med en kontraventil 8 forløbende fra tryksiden. Dieseloliepumpen 1 drives af en motor 9 med en variabel omdrejningshastighed og pumpen 5 for tung olie drives af en motor 10 med en konstant omdrejningshastighed.
Begge ledninger 3,7 føres til en ledning 11, der åbner ud i en blander 12, hvori dieselolien og den tunge fuelolie blandes. Blandingen strømmer ud via en ledning 13, hvorfra en returledning 14 med en kontraventil 15 fører til ledningen 6 på pumpen 5's sugeside, således at en del af olieblandingen vender tilbage til pumpen 5, hvilken pumpe således fungerer med en blanding af frisk tilført tung fuelolie og den allerede fremstillede olieblanding.
Den del af olieblandingen,der ikke recykleres, strømmer først gennem et flowmeter 16. Blandingen transporteres derfra via en ledning 21 yed hjælp af en pumpe 22 til et opvarmnings organ 23. Blandingen strømmende fra opvarme ningsorganet 23 strømmer gennem en ledning 28. I denne ledning måles blandingens temperatur ved hjælp af et termometer 29 og dens viskositet ved hjælp af et viskosimeter 3Q. Blandingen føres så via et filter 31 til brugsstedet, f.eks. en dieselmotor (ikke vistj, via en ledning 32.
I det illustrerede eksempel opvarmes olieblandingen i opvarmningsorganet 23 ved hjælp af damp tilført via en ledning 33, medens kondensvandet ledes bort via en ledning 34. En variabel indsnævring 35 er indsat i ledningen 33 og dens indstilling reguleres ved hjælp af viskosimeteret 30, som angivet ved linien 36. Temperaturen aflæst af termometeret 29 tjener til at indstille den variable motor 9 som angivet ved linien 37.
Systemet fungerer på følgende måde. Hvis blandingens viskositet ved viskosimeteret 30 har en tendens til at forøges, sendes et signal, der øger damptilførslen til indsnævringen 35, hvorved opvarmningen i opvarmningsorganet 23 forøges og temperaturen aflæst af termometeret 29 vokser. Derved gives et signal til motoren 9, hvis omdrejningshastighed forøges, således at pumpen tilfører en større mængde dieselolie, hvorpå blandingens viskositet aftager. Hvis viskositeten ved viskosimeteret 30 derimod har en tendens til at falde, begrænses damptilførslen til opvarmningsorganet 23, hvorved temperaturen aflæst af termometeret 29 falder, og motoren 9 bringes til at fungere ved en lavere omdrejningshastighed, således at iblandingen af dieselolie aftager. På denne måde føres en blanding med i det væsentlige konstant viskositet og med i det væsentlige konstant temperatur til motoren.
Claims (5)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at blande væsker med forskellige viskositeter under bibeholdelse af i det væsentlige konstant viskositet ved en given temperatur for væskeblandingen, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen opvarmes, at dens temperatur og viskositet måles efter opvarmning, at opvarmningen reguleres på grundlag af den således bestemte viskositet, således at en i det væsentlige konstant viskositetsværdi opretholdes efter opvarmning, og at blandingsforholdet mellem de to væsker reguleres på grundlag af den målte temperatur, således at en i det væsentlige konstant temperatur for væskeblandingen opretholdes efter opvarmning.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den ene af væskerne tilføres i en konstant strøm, og at blandingsforholdet reguleres ved at styre strømmen af den anden væske.
3. Apparat til at blande to væsker med forskellige viskositeter under bibeholdelse af i det væsentlige konstant viskositet ved en given temperatur for væskeblandingen, og indbefattende pumper (4,5) for kontinuerlig tilførsel af begge væsker t:U. et kontinuerligt arbejdende blandeorgan (12) kendetegnet ved et opvarmningsorgan (23) til at opvarme • væskeblandingen kommende fra blandingsorganet (12) , ved et viskosimeter (30) udformet til at måle viskositeten af den opvarmede væskeblanding og regulere opvarmningsorganet således, at man opnår en i det væsentlige konstant viskositet, og ved et termometer (29) arrangeret til at måle temperaturen for den opvarmede blanding og styre driften af pumperne eller en af pumperne således, at man opretholder en i det væsentlige konstant temperatur.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3„k endetegnet ved, at pumpen (5) er udformet for drift ved en konstant strøm for tilføring af væsken med den større viskositet, og at pumpen (1) for tilføring af væske med lav viskositet er udformet til at fungere med en variabel strømmængde og reguleres ved hjælp af termometeret (291.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 4,k endetegnet ved en kontraventil (14) til at recyklere en del af væskeblandingen fra blandeorganets (12) udløb til sugesiden for pumpen (5) med konstant strøm.
