Abstract

This invention concerns kitchen furniture with at least one lower and one upper cabinet element (34, 35). The lower cabinet element (34) has a counter top (2, 6, 7, 22, 23, 29) supported on its under side by at least two side vertical supports (3, 8, 9, 24, 25). At least one cabinet and/or functional element (10, 11, 26) can be attached hanging from the counter top (2, 6, 7, 22, 23, 29) and/or vertical supports (3, 8, 9, 24, 25). The upper cabinet element (35) is connected and supported on the lower cabinet element by supports (16) which extend downward; this kitchen furniture is designed so that the under side of the counter top (17, 18, 19) is fitted with longitudinal grooves (36) into which one or several vertical supports (3, 8, 9, 24, 25) can be slidingly attached at differing positions on the under side of the counter top (2, 6, 7, 22, 23, 29) in order to accommodate cabinet and/or functional elements (10, 11, 26) of differing widths, and that the cabinet and/or functional elements (10, 11, 26) can slide into the longitudinal grooves provided on the underside of the counter top (2, 6, 7, 22, 23, 29) and be fitted at differing positions.
