Hydraulic piston drive, in particular servomotor control for turbine valves With oil hydraulic piston drives, such as those used in particular as servomotors for moving turbine valves, care must be taken that, in the event of sudden load changes, there is enough Z51 to strain the drive piston (servomotor piston) is available. The oil pump can be made so large that it delivers enough L51 even in the worst case, but this results in large pumping with high drive power, which is uneconomical. In addition, it is also necessary to provide for additional control devices which divert the excess oil delivered in the event of small control movements. Another possibility is to provide two pumps, one of which supplies the 01 for normal drive movements, while the second only comes into operation when the control valves need to operate at a high speed, for example in the event of a sudden increase or decrease in load . The construction of such a drive is made easier by introducing an oil reservoir, as is often found in control devices for water turbines. A closed container is connected to the pressure oil pump, in which a certain amount of oil is stored under a compressed air cushion or a spring-loaded piston, which is available beyond the delivery of the oil pump if the guide vanes suddenly open. The prerequisite here is that the accumulator pressure is sufficient: it is high above the required drive pressure, because otherwise the oil could not flow out of the accumulator.
The invention creates an oil reservoir for hydraulic drives,
where the accumulator pressure only needs to be equal to the delivery pressure of the oil pump,
namely by introducing an acceleration piston, which is greatly enlarged
Oil requirement of the drive can be loaded by an additional force. As long as one
The steam turbine, the control movements run at low speed, is the
Oil pump able to. : to -ick the need, so that changes to the memory contents
not or only to an insignificant extent. However, if there is one: rapid load change
one, the additional force acts on the acceleration piston, the one correspondingly
pumps large quantities of oil from the reservoir into the oil pressure line.
The invention will be described on the basis of an exemplary embodiment. The piston B should be acted upon by pressure oil via an auxiliary sisteuer C from a line A, and it should be ensured that enough oil is available even when the oil requirement suddenly increases. The oil reservoir M, the reservoir space O of which is connected to the line A, is used for this purpose. The piston L, which is loaded by the springs D, is slidable in the reservoir M. If the control slide C is in the top position, so that no oil can flow out of the line A, the piston L is raised while the springs D are compressed and the storage space O is filled. If the pressure in line A falls during a control process, piston L is pressed down by the tensioned springs D until equilibrium between the spring force and the pressure resting on piston L is restored.
C verbunden ist, hat gegenüber seinen Steueröffnungen eine gewisse Überdeckung;
This arrangement would allow a certain buffering of changing oil requirements, but if the springs cannot be built in a very complex way, there is insufficient buffering for very fast load fluctuations. The following arrangement is made for this. Another piston J, the acceleration piston, is rigidly connected to the piston L, the cylinder space P of which is connected to the supply line A via the line E and the auxiliary control F and to the discharge line Q via the throttle point N. The control piston of the auxiliary control F, which is connected to the control slide C, has a certain overlap with respect to its control openings; so that with small movements of the auxiliary control C, the control channels of the auxiliary control F remain closed. The pressure in space P is low, since this space is connected to the discharge line Q via the throttle point N; roughly equal to the external pressure. If a strong load change occurs, which results in a correspondingly large movement of the control spools C and F from their top position, not only are large flow cross-sections to the servomotor B released, but also the connection of line E with line A via the Auxiliary control F. The piston J is thus acted upon by pressurized oil, namely because the throttle point N has a damming effect for the amount of oil now flowing in. An additional force is thus exerted on the piston J, which supports the conveying effect of the spring-loaded piston L. When the control process subsides, the space O is filled again by lifting the piston L and compressing the spring D, the oil being pressed out of the space P via the throttle point N and the line Q to the outside. If the movement of the piston J stops, the pressure behind the throttle point N will be restored in space P within a short time.
Under certain circumstances, the additional force can still be controlled by
that one controls the throttle point N, in the sense that they are larger
Deviations in the controlled variable are throttled or closed more so that
the additional pressure builds up quickly.
The arrangement described is only intended as an example. There are
there are also other ways of making an additional force effective. For example
it would be conceivable to omit the piston L and to design the piston J as a plunger,
the counterforce of the stored oil being formed by an air cushion
could. Is pressurized with oil in the event of rapid load changes to the plunger
and; pressed into the storage oil, it also occurs here because of the reduction in volume
There is no pressure increase and thus an acceleration of the outflow.
