Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine neuartige Hygiene-Kunststoff-Palette mit einer rutschhemmenden Ausrüstung, bei der das rutschhemmende Material mit dem Grundmaterial der Palette homogen verbunden ist. Da diese Palette keine formschlüssigen Rippen als Sicherung gegen Verrutschen der Lasten benötigt, ist sie so universell wie eine Holzpalette einsetzbar, entspricht jedoch den Hygieneanforderungen.The subject of the invention is a new type of hygienic plastic pallet with anti-slip equipment, in which the anti-slip material is homogeneously connected to the base material of the pallet. In Figur 4 ist die Kunststoff-Hygiene-Palette mit der rutschfesten Ausrüstung (9) auf einer schiefen Ebene (6) dargestellt. Die schiefe Ebene (6) ist um den Winkel "&Aacgr;" zur Horizontalen (7) geneigt. Die mit Elastomer ausgespritzten rutschfesten Vertiefungen (2) auf der Paletten-Oberseite (1) verhindern das Abrutschen der Last (8) von der Palette. Beim Einspritzen des Elastomers (14) werden nun die Randflächen (10) und die untere Stirnfläche (13) durch den Temperaturaustausch mit dem Elastomer (14) plastisch. Dadurch gehen beide Komponenten -Grundkörper (12) und Elastomer (14) - eine gegenseitige chemische Vernetzung ein, die eine homogene Verbindung ergibt.In Figure 6, the already injected elastomer (14) can be seen. Die gewölbte Oberseite (11) des Elastomers (14) steht zumindest teilweise über der Paletten-Oberseite (1) und nimmt nur einen Teil der Fläche ein. Dadurch wird verhindert, das die Last (8) vollständig auf der gewölbten Oberseite (11) lagert. Wenn nun die Last (8) größer ist, als es die Festigkeit des Elastomeres (14) zuläßt, kommt sie durch die Elastizität des Elastomers (14), auf die Paletten-Oberseite (1) zu liegen.
