Description
The invention relates to fastenings for axially loaded Turbine blades on the blade carrier by a weld seam on each blade side and aims to improve known blade mountings in a manner that it allows the weld seam to be flawless from a welding point of view to manufacture. ' The invention proposes at least one annular space between to arrange the weld seams so that the seam roots open into the space. The annular spaces make the welded joint of the shape and dimension of the blade and the wheel body independent, so that it is developed and based purely on welding technology can be produced. The weld seams are now placed so that the to be welded Cross-sections are of the same size and dimensioned so that they meet the strength requirements suffice. The heat transfer during welding to the mass of the blade and Wheel is inhibited, whereby. to cool the seam area in the annular spaces still cooling Supplements, e.g. B. copper, inlaid or cooling agents, e.g. B. Air blown in can be. The considerable reduction in mass on the shovel and wheel is reduced furthermore the stress from the centrifugal force. . By forming special Guide surfaces for determining the relative blade position, it is also possible pre-weld the seams in the root, with the root penetration from the side. is monitored. It is known to have annular cavities for cooling in the blade carrier to arrange the blade roots; with the known device, however, the do not solve the tasks underlying the registration. -The drawing shows examples of the invention in section. In Fig. I the head of the wheel r is through the annulus o Shaped so that the cross-sections to be welded b of the blade a .and c of the Wheel head r have the same cross-sections. The seam environment is created during welding cooled by the annulus o. Fig. 2 shows a modification of the embodiment i with a special guide surface f. Since the relative blade position through the guide surface f is given, the seams are pre-welded in the root. Fig. 3 shows a design with a large annular space o, as it is for blades with a large width given is. The head of the wheel r and the foot of the shovel a are thereby through the Annular space o so far cut out that only those required for reasons of strength Edge cross-sections b and c of the same thickness remain. Fig. 4 again shows one Modification of the embodiment according to FIG. 3 with two cavities o and from these enclosed guide web with guide surfaces f. Also in this embodiment the weld seams can be formed with a pre-welded root ..
