Description
Bauelement, insbesondere Bauplatte, und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement, insbesondere eine Verbundplatte derjenigen Art, bei welcher zwischen zwei äußeren Lagen eine oder mehrere Zwischenlagen angeordnet sind. Außerdem bereitet es immer gewisse Schwierigkeiten, die Elemente ganz eben auszubilden, weil es schwer möglich ist, Zwischenschichten von überall gleicher Stärke besonders dann zu erzeugen, wenn die Zwischenschichten aus steifem Material hergestellt werden. Daraus ergibt sich häufig eine wellige Fläche in den Außenlagen. Diese Nachteile werden gemäß der Erfindung im wesentlichen dadurch vermieden, daß die zwischen den beiden äußeren Lagen oder Decken eingeschaltete Zwischenschicht aus Stroh, Ried od. dgl. hergestellt wird, die im wesentlichen im rechten Winkel zu den Außenplatten stehend angeordnet sind. Gemäß der Erfindung werden die Enden der Halme auf der Innenseite der Außenplatte mit Hilfe von Klebstoff od. dgl. befestigt; dabei können die einzelnen Halme entweder lose nebeneinander stehen oder zusammengeklebt bzw. gebündelt oder in sonstiger beliebiger Weise angeordnet sein. Die Enden der Halme können ganz oder zum Teil abgebogen sein, um hier eine größere Anlagefläche an den Außenplatten zu erzielen. Das Stroh, Ried od. dgl. kann ganz oder teilweise imprägniert sein.
