Emulsion Polymerization of Manufactured Fabrics The present invention relates to a
Process for processing low-viscosity resin or rubber-like emulsion polymers.
If you fall in the emulsion polymerization of vinyl compounds, Divinylverbindun.gen

in this way one gets a coherent lump in the level, which is difficult to move

can be obtained from polymerization regulators. The emulsion polymers are an example

Beispiel i Ein Buta@dien-Acrylsäurenitril-Gemisch im Verhältnis 65:35
Example i A butadiene-acrylonitrile mixture in the ratio 65:35 is dissolved in an aqueous alkaline emulsifier solution, e.g. B. a solution of alkali salts of an alkylated naphthalenesulfonic acid, which contains activators and regulators, emulsified and polymerized at temperatures of up to 4o to 45 °. The amount of regulator is adjusted so that the end product of the polymerization is obtained with a K value of 25 to 35 °. 100 liters of the latex produced in this way are stabilized as usual and heated to 70 to 80 ° together with 501 5% calcium chloride solution in one stirring and, after thorough stirring, left to stand. As soon as the coagulation is complete, the precipitating and emulsifying agent solution can then be drawn off and the plasticator can be washed with water at an elevated temperature. After washing through several times, the product is brought to about 100 ° under vacuum and freed from the remaining water. Then the finished plasticator can be pressed through the riser pipe.
Example 2 A butadiene-styrene mixture in the ratio 75:25 is used in
an acidic emulsifier solution with the addition of activators and regulators as usual
polymerized and stabilized after completion with phenyl-ßnaphthylamine. The work-up
takes place as in example i, but with this product after the Polymeri.sation
Washed twice with dilute sulfuric acid to largely remove the acidic emulsifier
to remove. Then it is washed with dilute soda solution and then
proceed as in example i.
