Der durch die Erfindung erreichte technische Fortschritt besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß die beiden Hälterteile im aufeinander geklappten Zustand durch den die öffnungen beider Halterteile durchsetzenden Binder gesichert sind, S so daß sie nicht mehr auseinander geklappt werden können und der zwischen ihnen eingeschlossene Kennzeichnuhgsträger somit unzugänglich ist. Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Halter 2 für einen Kennzeichnungsträger 3 ist zur Montage an Elektrokabeln 1 bestimmt. Wanne 10 und Deckel 11 sind so vertieft, daß bei aufeinander geklappten und durch den Binder 7 in diesem Zustand gesicherten Halterteilen 2.1, 2.2 der Kennzeichnungstrager 3 auch dann nicht von der Seite her zwischen den beiden Halterteilen hindurch zugänglich wird, wenn die beiden Halterteile 2.1, 2.2 im Rahmen ihrer elastischen Verformbarkeit vom Rande her bereichsweise auseinandergespreizt werden sollten.
