Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kochtopfdeckel mit Siebeinsatz, bei dem
über dem. Sieb befindliche Deckelteile hochklappbar sind, um in dem Topf gekochte
Kartoffeln oder gekochtes Gemüse durch Kippen des Topfes leicht abgießen zu können.
Die Erfindung bezweckt vor allem, das Verbrühen der Hände durch Dämpfe beim Abgießen
des Wassers zu verhindern. Sie besteht darin, daß der oder die Hochklappbaren Deckelteile
beim Hochklappen mit Haken federnd am Deckelgriff einschnappen und daß sie so weit
an den Deckelrand reichen, daß sie die dicht dahinter vorgesehenen Auflagestellen
für die den Deckel am Topf haltenden Finger gegen den aufsteigenden Dampf abschirmen.The invention relates to a saucepan lid with a sieve insert in which
