Description
Method and device for juicing or pressing fruits, herbs, plants, beets, etc., and for drying the same. The invention relates to a method and device for extracting juices or the like from organic substances, such as from fruits, berries , Herbs, plants, beets, etc., as well as for drying them. Likewise, the 01 are removed by the process and the oil fruits or seeds. The squeezing of the fruits etc. has so far been carried out exclusively by high overpressure in manual or hydraulic presses, which is cumbersome and time-consuming, and with this method the material to be pressed can only be extracted incompletely and inefficiently.
According to the invention, the method consists in that the previously in any way crushed pressed material the liquid or the juice by appropriate Underpressure (vacuum) is withdrawn. The liquid or juices can be immediate or indirectly removed from the substances or the pressed material in a vacuum. Will the The liquid is withdrawn directly from the substance or the material to be pressed, so the material to be pressed is attached to the material A vacuum pump is connected to the receiving container, via which the liquid or the juice is drawn off. With indirect withdrawal of the liquid or the Juice is next to the container receiving the pressed material, a second container under permanent vacuum arranged container, which are connected to each other by a detachable pipeline are connected. As soon as the evacuated container is connected to the pressed material container becomes, the liquid in the pressed material and even the smallest Liquid particles torn out or sucked out and into the evacuated container guided. This process is repeated until the required dehydration is achieved is reached from the pressed material. Depending on the type of material to be pressed, juicing is already done at achieved a vacuum pressing. The size of the vacuum container is determined according to the size of the container receiving the pressed material.
The method and the device have compared to the previously known Process and devices have the great advantage that from the material to be pressed through accordingly high vacuum the greatest juicing is achieved, what was previously achieved by overpressure was not available. In the overpressure pressing process, those in the pulps are logically cells or pores located are closed, while they open under negative pressure or be torn and thus fully sucked out. Also, the procedure is and the device and its operation are very simple with the highest yield of the pressed material. The process and the equipment can be used for all juice extraction products find, as for fruits and berries of all kinds, for carved or ground beets, Vegetables of all kinds and cucumbers, herbs, as well as for oil production, etc. After the vacuum pressing process the material to be pressed can be soaked again, which can be achieved by removing the material to be pressed from the vacuum container or by feeding the liquid into the under vacuum standing container can be done.
In the latter case, the liquid is greedily absorbed by the press cake, so that the smallest residues of juice particles through the subsequent vacuum process or liquefiable parts (jelly, jellies, etc.) are sucked out of the press cake will. Is the material to be pressed or the press cake through tempered water or vapors saturated, which can be done through a feed pipe, the material to be pressed can be in the Container brought to boiling effect while maintaining a high vacuum and preserved will. This allows the mash to be completely leached. The remains of the press residue are completely devalued and can only be used as Fertilizers are used.
Verwendung finden.Likewise, the device for drying the pressed material residues can as well to dry fruits, berries, plants, teas etc. use.
Such facilities for carrying out the procedure are shown in the drawing Shown schematically in exemplary embodiments, namely Fig. Z shows a vertical section, FIG. 2 a vertical section of an embodiment, FIG. 3 shows a vertical section of a further embodiment, FIG. 4 shows a plan view an embodiment with multiple containers.
In the container a , a cover b is arranged in a piston-like, tightly displaceable manner, which is guided vertically in guides d by one or more rods c. Between the lid b and the bottom of the container a , the ground or crushed od. Appropriately, grates e of any type are used between the pressed material, so that individual layers f arise. The bottom grid e is set on feet g so that the juice can drain off easily. The bottom of the container a is connected by a pipe i to a suction pump h by means of which the juice is drawn from the pressed material. After a certain amount of juicing, the lid b is lifted out of the container a and the individual layers / are removed and worked through and possibly moistened. The material to be pressed is then reinserted and the process is repeated until the juicing is carried out or achieved. This process can also be achieved in a simple manner by supplying appropriate liquids to the molding compound in the evacuated container, which makes it unnecessary to remove the material to be pressed from the container.
According to FIG. 2, the container consists of the lower part k and the upper cover part 1, which is hermetically sealed with the lower part. The material to be pressed is placed in the lower part k, also in layers f, between which grates e are arranged. The lower grate e is connected to a vertical, k through the center of the container out a cable, chain, rod m od. The like., Which is provided at the top with a hook or an eyelet, by means of which all the deposits f together with the intermediate residue e by a small hoist or the like. Can be lifted out. The upper container 1 is connected by line o, i with the vacuum pump h , by means of which the container k, 1 is evacuated, while the lower container k is connected at the lowest point to the pump h by pipeline i. The pipeline o can be closed and opened by the multi-way valve p and the line i by the valve to the pump h. In this embodiment, the container 1 can be evacuated beforehand through the line o, i, whereby after the opening of the tap p an immediate juicing of the product f is initiated via the pump h, while when the container 1 is only over by switching on the pump h the line i must be evacuated, the effect only occurs when the container 1 is evacuated. The material to be pressed can also be sealed at the top with a rubber plate 11 which serves as a pressure plate and which is clamped between the flanges of the container parts k, 1. As a result, the cavity located above the plate 11 can be evacuated or placed under compressed air. In both cases, the plate 11 causes an increased pressure effect on the material to be pressed. In these cases, a chain, rope and the like must be used instead of the rod m. The same additional device can also be used to implement FIG. 3.
According to the embodiment of FIG. 3, a second container q, y is arranged next to the container k, 1 , which is connected to the suction pump h by a lockable pipe v for completely evacuating the air. The containers k, 1 and q, r are connected to one another by a pipeline s, 1, which can be opened and closed alternately by multi-way taps x and y. The line s is also directly connected to the pump h by a bypass line u, whereby the contents f of the container k, 1 can be extracted via the pump h by bypassing the container q, r. The operation of the device according to FIG. 3 is as follows. After the product to be juiced or the material to be pressed is inserted in the containers k between the grids e and the container q, y is evacuated, which happens via the line 7, the taps are turned off x, y opened so that the tube s is open with the tube t to the container q, r. As a result of the high vacuum in the container q, r , the liquid or the juice is torn out of the pressed material and sucked into the container q, r. The container k, L is dimensioned so large that the vacuum in it is able to remove all of the liquid from the substance. If the vacuum in the tank q, y is not sufficient, the suction pump h can remain in operation while the liquid is being sucked into the container q, r to maintain the vacuum via the line z. The container q, y can be permanently under the action of the vacuum pump h even during the pressing process. If the liquid or juice has been removed from the material to be pressed, the upper container part L is lifted off and the sucked out product j is removed from the container k together with the grate inserts e in a block by lifting the rod na. The residue of the product or substance can be worked through, loosened, moistened and used again for further juicing in the container k, whereby all still detachable residues can be leached and removed from the pressed material under reduced pressure. Instead of taking the pressed material f out of the boiler k, 1 and moistening it, a humidifying device of any type, for example through the tubes s1, il, 11, can be provided in the lower or upper boiler part 1, by means of which the sucked-out pressed material is washed in or saturated. As a result, the material to be pressed is leached out again, as a result of which the soluble particles of the material to be pressed can be completely removed. For this purpose, the multi-way taps x and p are connected to water supply pipes s1 and il, so that after the taps x and p have been changed over, the water can be injected into the container k which is under vacuum. The juice or liquid in the container q, r is drained through pipes t and w after changing the multi-way tap y. The juicing can also take place by bypassing the container q, r through the pipeline s, 2c via the suction pump h. In this case, the juicing process is as shown in FIG. 2. To increase the suction, perforated tubes / 1 of small diameter can also be inserted vertically into the pressed material at the same or different heights, which can also be fastened in one of the grids. As a result, the material to be pressed is sucked out evenly at every depth. For the increased or quicker extraction of the juices, several containers k, 1 can be arranged in a circle or in a straight line next to one another (FIG. 4). These containers k, 1 are connected to the common vacuum container q, y through the pipelines s. The container q, y is connected by the suction pump h , which always puts the container q, y under vacuum, so that the latter is always operational for sucking off the juice. As a result, the vacuum of the container q, r can alternately be brought into connection with the containers k, 1 , one of which is filled while the other is sucked empty and the contents of the third container can be worked over or leached out within this time. In the case of direct suction of the juice, a wet vacuum pump is required (FIGS. 1 and 2), while in the case of indirect extraction of the juice or the like, a dry pump is used (FIGS. 3 and 4). The system can also work with a wet and dry vacuum pump, depending on which mode of operation is switched on. The vacuum tanks are connected to vacuum gauges z. Depending on the pressed material to be juiced, such. B. When extracting oil, the container k, L or a can still be heated; hot plates can also be inserted. Likewise, in the heatable container k, L and the like. B. vegetables, sugar beet pulp, etc., are dried in a vacuum with appropriate heating by sucking off the vapors through nozzle 11. In this way, dried fruit, vegetables, teas etc. can also be obtained by not removing the juices but only the vapors. In this case, the container is given a corresponding coating. To dry the products, trays can be placed in containers a, k and 1, q, r on which the products are placed. Due to the vacuum in the containers, only a small amount of heating is required, which is particularly advantageous for the quality of the products.
