Zum Ziehen von Blechen, z. B. zwecks Herstellung gekümpelter Böden, verwendet man besonders in den Hüttenwerken, die dies als besonderen Produktionszweigbetreiben,spezielleZiehpressen,die mitFesthaltevorrichtung für das Blech versehen sind. In der blechverarbeitenden Industrie, besonders im Apparatebau, werden nun häufig Böden benötigt, die in der gewünschten -Größe oder in dem besonderen Werkstoff von den Spezialfirmen nicht erhältlich sind. In dieser Lage sucht man sich durch Selbstanfertigung zu helfen, wobei beliebige Preßvorrichtungen, z. B. Dampfham'-mer, benutzt werden. Da an diesen behelfsmäßigen Vorrichtungen die Blechhalter fehlen, ist mit ihnen mir die Verarbeitung von Blechen einer gewissen Mindestblechstärke, die je nach Werkstoff, Verarbeitungstemperatur und der herzustellenden Form verschieden ist, möglich. Die Summe der Blechstärken der Einzelbleche muß hierbei wenigstens gleich der Dicke eines solchens Blechs gleicher Qualität sein, welches sich im betreffenden Falle noch ohne Festhalter einwandfrei verarbeiten läßt. Zum Beispiel zeigt die Fig. i, wie man erfindungsgemäß einen x mm starken VA-Kesselbod,2n in einer provisorischen Ziehvorrichtung ohne Blechhalter herstellt: In diesem Falle beträgt di e erforderliche '-Mindestblechstärke zum einwandfreien Ziehen eines Einzelblechs x + y mm. MITie die Fig. i zeigt, wird das x mm starke VA-Blech mit einem v mm starken Flußstahlblech am Rande durchlaufenel verschweißt und dann mit diesem gemeinsam dem Ziehprozeß unterworfen. In Fig. i stellt a den Stempel (Patrize) zum Durchdrücken der Bleche durch die Matrize b dar, c bezeichnet die beiden am Rande miteinander verschweißten Blechex und * v, d zeigt die beiden so entstandenen, noch teilweise ineinandergeschachtelten Kesselböden, nachdem der verschweißte Rand auf der Drehbank o. dgl. abgestochen wurde. Die so hergestellten Böden sind in jedcr Hinsicht einwandfrei. Grundsätzlich können zur Abstützung Bleche gleicher wie auch verschicelener Qualität genommen werden.
