Description

Will man z. Process for the production of steel stone ceilings and hollow stone for the production of the same Steel stone ceilings are known to consist of individual Hollow stones, e.g. B. according to Dinform 4159 exist. The hollow stones are laid at a distance or leave such a space between itself, here a steel reinforcement inserted and a rib by grouting with concrete or mortar can be formed. The arrangement is either hit so that the individual stones at their Front sides walled together with mortar or here by means of grouting mortar be bound. Such a connection is necessary so that the stones have a taking the forces on the ceiling ensure. The first type of connection by masonry is cumbersome as well as time-consuming and causes a certain waste of mortar, since the The bridges of the stones to be mortared are very narrow. Do you want to z. B. convert such stones into prefabricated beams some, they have to be placed on an inclined scaffolding be walled together, which also wall and time. The second type of connection through pouring is in the previous types of stone afflicted with the following fundamental error. Of the Grouting mortar can only be used in the upper part of the stones penetrate a certain depth between the stones, but not between the webs over larger parts their height. The latter is, however, for a load bearing Connection between the stones is important because otherwise the shear stresses in the ceiling on the Butt joints of the stones by reducing the tion become too big. Through the process and the stones after the The previous disadvantages sided. According to the invention «earths for the production of Steel side ceilings, especially under intermediate position of prefabricated beams so that hollow blocks in a row and through = spout of an intermediate spaces: between them with cast concrete or mortar connected to a lime that the end faces of the stones in the area of their statically effective Iliilie through the spout completely or almost be completely covered by the casting compound. The procedure is based on the drawing illustrated in ways. It shows Fig. I a cross section through a steel stone cover according to the invention in different stages the production, Fig. 2 is a plan view and partially horizontal Cross section of the same (section along line II-11 of Fig. I). 1 # 1g. 3 shows a horizontal cross section l) corner parts with different designs shape the faces of the stones in larger ones Scale, 1 # ig. .4 a perpendicular cross-section through a Steel stone ceiling according to the invention in one something other embodiment. In the drawing a mean hollow stones, their Bridges i enclose two cavities 2 and one ollen include open cavity 3, which is above at 3 ". The webs i are here if necessary through short intermediate pieces q. with each other bound. On the sides of the stones are by foot provide 5 spaces 6 created, the together the size of a space 3 point. Such stones can be placed on a casing. lined up and by pouring out the intermediate A steel stone ceiling can be created in rooms 3 and 6 "earth. However, a number of will be advantageous Stones of a manageable length, e.g. B. of 25 cm length, butt against each other, and after inserting iron 7 and iron 8 for the purpose of transport security tion by pouring with cast concrete or mortar 9 prefabricated beams are produced, which are then used for position of the ceiling strung together and through Pouring the spaces 6 using cast concrete or mortar io can be connected to one another (Fig. I right side). But it is also possible to use stones b that only have a enclose space 2, each with two such stones next to to arrange each other and a number of such Stones after inserting the reinforcement and load-bearing Iron 7 and 8 to combine into prefabricated beams. Uni is now an absolutely safe and effective insurance binding of the stones in their longitudinal direction back up that is appropriate in this direction the ceiling fully absorbs the stresses increase, according to the invention, the following arrangement created. The stones have at least one end face 11> sclir: igungen ii or some other profiling on. after a pouring point to, z. B. the Gap 3, forms an opening so that the small, strip-shaped hollow spaces when pouring the spaces 3 and 6 from here with cast concrete or mortar securely be filled. In Fig.3 are different types shown how these strip-shaped cavities appear the faces of the stones are generated, for. B. by bevels ii that extend over the whole Extend the width of the webs i, or by chamfering gungen ii °, which have only one essential Part of this width extend, with the end face of the adjoining next stone either surfaces 12 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the stone points (Fig. 3 left side), or also with a bevels ii or i yes is equipped (Fig. 3 Center). The corresponding cavities can also be formed by paragraphs 14, 15 (Fig. 3 right side). It is essential that these bevels gung on the front sides of the stones over the Parts of the webs extend to take over the Forces, including the shear stresses, in Come to a question B. at least, @ rs to neutral Line. You can also use the rich A (Fig. i) extend. In the particular embodiment of the invention 1 are U-shaped hollow blocks with c Web 16 and baseboards 17 with the insertion of Reinforcing iron 7 and support iron 8 by means of pour with cast concrete or mortar 9 to finish halken joined together, with the end faces these stones also have bevels or pro- have fillings according to Fig.2 or 3, the one Entry of the Gußinasse over a substantial Allow depth of these webs. At the special shown embodiment are the outer surfaces of the webs 16 by depressions 18 specially profiled, so that a kind of interlocking which creates a particularly intimate connection secures with the other elements of the ceiling. These prefabricated beams are laid at a distance and the free space between the bars is due to any hollow bricks d with webs 19, 20, 21 filled in a known manner on the baseboards 17 rest. It is essential that according to the invention the webs i9 and 2o also bevels or Have profilings, so that here cast concrete or mortar io penetrate and create a solid, load-bearing Can create a connection between the stones. If necessary, a reinforcing iron 22 in the space between the prefabricated beams c and the hollow stone d are inserted. A prefabricated beam with hollow bricks a is relatively easy to manufacture and barely handy enough. Weight about 40 kg per running Meter. A prefabricated beam with hollow brick c still has lower weight per running meter.
