Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von gewellten Streifen aus

Die Erfindung hetrittt ein \' erfahren und eine
Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von gewellten Streifen
aus verform- bzw. lir:igl>:ii-eni Material, wie Fur-
niere u. dgl.

tellagen für l lolilzellentürun Verwendung finden.

viel Zeit und .\rlleitSräfte beanspruchendes Fertig-
produkt ergab.
Zweck der Erfindung ist nunmehr, in miiglichst
einfacher Wise Streifen, insbesondere aus Furnieren
ei. dgl.. dadurch zu verformen, claß dieselben in lia111-
citler ganzfeuchtern Zustande auf etwa iao erhitztest
Prel.il:iirpern -zugeführt werden, die sie nach etwa
i bis 2 Minuten in getrocknetem "Zustande wieder
verlassen, wobei die Preßkörper jeweils eine obere
und untere, in ihrem Höhenabstand gegeneinander
bewegbare Gruppen bildend, derart angeordnet sind.
daß die einzelnett Preßkörper der olleren Reibe sich
stets mittig zwischen zwei der darunter liegenden
Preßkörper behndeti und die letzteren genfeinsam
feststehend, die Ilreßkürper der oberen Gruppe da-
gegen so angeordnet sind, daß dieselben sich wahrend
des Preßvorgangs einzeln der Reihe stach sich lier-
nntcrsenl<esf.

Wiihrend nun die sämilichen unteren R@liren 1)
aus Zweckriläßigkeitsgrüliden festliegen, ist die An-
orrinung der oberen Preßkörper so, daß sie zutn
"!.wecke des Einbringens der jeweils zu prägenden
Streifen oder zur Entnahme der fertiggeprägten
Streifen sich lieben und senken lassen.
Das Sichsenken der oberen Preßkörper geschieht
stets der Reilie nach einzeln, um ein Brechen des
nach und nach kürzer werdenden Streifet!; während
seiner erformung zu verhindern.
Son-@)hl die oberen als auch unteren Preßkörper
bzw. Rühren sind leicht auswechselbar, um die Vor-
richtung ini Bedarfsfalle beispielsweise auch für
l'rel,lkiir1)er anderen Durchmessers verwenden zu
können.
Die länge der Preßkörper kann eine beliebige
sein, so daß es möglich ist, immer auf einmal, also
in einem Arbeitsgange, eine größere Anzahl von den
meist mir schmalen Streifen dicht nebeneinander-
liegend in die 'Vorrichtung einzubringen und zu

Die eingelegten Streifen werden an ihrem eitlen

anderen Streifenenden sind dagegen frei ausragend,
damit die während des Prägens erforderliche Be-
wcgtirigsfreiheit für die sich verformenden Streifen
gewahrt bleibt. ,
