frei von Luftblasen nur so weit mit Kitt anzufüllen, daß beim anschließenden Einsetzen
des Beutelrandes keine überschüssige Kittmasse abquillt; infolgedessen wird bei
diesen Verfahren der Ausschuß an undichten bzw. durch äußerlich mit erbgequollener

Nach der Erfindung wird in die mit dem Kopfstück zu verkittende Randzone
des Tubenbeutels zunächst von innen ein Stützring eingekittet, welcher möglichst
saugend in den Tubenbeutel paßt. Anschließend wird er Tubenbeutel dann gemeinsam
mit diesem eingekitteten Stützring in den übergreifenden Tubenkopf eingekittet.
Auf diese Weise wird
unter Erhaltung aller mechanischen Vorteile
der oben angeführten vorbekannten Konstruktionen der «eitere entscheidende Vorteil
gewonnen, daß eine Faltenbildung am Beutelrand mit Sicherheit unterbunden und. die
Ringnut innerhalb des Kopfstückes aus;. reichend verbreitert wird, um ein leichtes,
blasenfreies Ausstreichen mit Kittmasse zu ermöglichen. Schließlich werden hierdurch
auch alle Kittungszonen in das Innere des Kopfstückes verlegt, so daß die. Gefahr

Die Erfindung sei im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

ist. Damit der Stützring straff in den Tubenbeutel eitigepaßt werden kann und trotzdem
eine ausreichende Kittverbindung entsteht, wird seine mit dem Tubenbeutel zu verbindende
Oberfläche zweckmäßig aufgerauht. Die hierbei entstehenden mikroskopischen Vertiefungen
nehmen dann ausreichende Kittmengen auf. Besteht der Stützring b aus Kunstharz,
so braucht man ihn für diesen Zweck nur mit Aceton zu behandeln. Anschließend ist
dann die genannte Randzone gemeinsam mit dem eingekitteten Stützring b in das Kopfstück
c eingekittet. Nach dem Füllen ist die Tube in üblicher Weise mittels eines Falzes

welche deren blasenfreie Auffüllung mit der punktiert angedeuteten Kittmasse ermöglicht,
ohne daß der mit den vorbekannten Konstruktionen gemeinsame Vorteil der beiderseitigen
