Shoe carrier for sole smoothing presses for footwear The invention relates to a shoe carrier for sole smoothing presses for footwear, in particular for long stalkers and collar boots. These shoe carriers have to withstand very high pressures during the pressing process, so that it is desirable to make the last carrier as strong as possible so that the last is especially to the tip . well supported. However, this means that the last wearer fills the interior of the listed footwear largely or even completely, which makes it difficult or impossible to insert and carrage.
For this reason one has gone over to the last on his
To arrange carrier movable. In one case, the ledge becomes an entry and exit point
The carcass strips are lifted from the strip carrier and horizontally on this during the attachment
postponed. However, this solution is because of the constant lifting and putting back on
of performing awkward. It is therefore important to fit the last with its wearer
permanent connection 'and such mobility between the two
to create that the last with the best support from the wearer even in long shafts
and collar boots can be easily put in or out. To accomplish this task
it has become known to slide the strips on an arched guide of the carrier
to be arranged, with a convex curvature on the ledge carrier and a concave one on the ledge
Vault was provided. The point of the groin occurs when grooming and carrioning
forward over the last carrier and a little downwards. As a result, have to
the boots for single-lasting pulled from below on the last and, so to speak, around
18o ° can be pulled around until they are inserted. Likewise, the boots are at
The carcass strips are pulled forward and down from the shoe carrier. This process cannot
be considered satisfactory.
Stiefels nachzuahmen.
Zu diesem Zweck ist gemäß der Erfindung
die an sich bekannte Bogenführung zwischen
Leisten und Leistenträger beibehalten, jedoch
so beschaffen, daß die Führung am Leisten
konvex und am Träger konkav ist.
Die Zeichnung zeigt als Beispiel eine Aus-
führungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes,
und zwar
Fig. i und 2 die gleiche Seitenansicht des
geht. Dieser Bolzen kann leicht heratisgj,-
nommen werden, z. B. um den Leisten auszu-
wechseln. Die Oberform 9 ist in bekannter
Weise an einem Kolben io aufgehängt und
wird von diesem auf und ab bewegt.
Die Arbeitsweise der Einrichtung ist fol-
gende:
Zum Ein- und Ausleisten, z. B. eines Lang-
schäfters oder eines Kragenstiefels, -wird die
Vorrichtung in die in Fig. i gezeigte Lage
bewegt. Hierbei verschiebt sich der Leisten 5
auf dem Leistenträger .f, indem der Ansatz 5a
mittels der zylinderf<irinig gewölbtenkonvexen
Führungsfläche 5, imierhalb der Ausfräsung ¢a
Selbstver-
ständlich kann die bauliche Ausführung des
Erfindungsgegenstandes auch eine andere sein;
es kann z. B. statt der rechteckigen Führungs-
leiste und Ausfräsung .I« und 5- auch eine
halbrunde Leiste treten, oder @es können auch
mehrere Führungsleisten nebeneinander an-
Stiefels nachahmen.
Of course, and therefore also the most expedient, it is to design the dressing and carving in such a way that the process of putting on and taking off a boot is carried out on the human foot «Is largely imitated. On this earth
knowledge is based on the invention. It is supposed to
