Claims

Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the actuating fitting (10) comprises a fastening lug (26) in a receiving groove (27) of the striker bar (8) facing the open groove (38) of the central post (7), this lug having a hole (28) for the passage of the axis (23) of the operating handle (22), which is itself mounted at the end of this axis in a space (21) defined in the striker bar, opposite the groove, and receiving the corresponding central post of the mobile sash (5) of the window.
