Description

So z. Method for reducing the stickiness of oil-free phosphatide preparations When packaging and administering oil-free phosphatides, their sticky nature is often noticeable in an unpleasant manner. So z. For example, packaged lecithin pieces can only be separated from their wrapping with difficulty, and the ledthin sturgeons sturgeon on the teeth or on the palate. The addition of oil, which in itself would remove the stickiness, has an unfavorable effect on the taste of the lecithin and, as the oil turns rancid, is even more endangered; in addition, part of the added. oil is excreted again after a few days, which is also extremely disruptive here.

It has now been found that the sticky nature of the phosphatides can practically completely be eliminated by adding a small amount of glycerine, without any of the disadvantages mentioned above becoming noticeable. In addition, such a product, which is also characterized by a pleasant taste, has a surprisingly good durability, for example against moisture and oxygen in the air. - The addition of glycerine is expediently 100%. If the additive exceeds 150/0, products are obtained which can no longer be cut and wrapped. The glycerin can either be incorporated into the finished phosphatides or added at any suitable stage of manufacture.

It was asked that lecithin solutions had already been made with the help of glycerine, a measure that had nothing to do with the task at hand; For the production of the solutions, of course, only much larger amounts of glycerol than claimed here come into question. It has also glycerol on Ledthin at temperatures of 8o to iio 'soak, wherein a chemical reaction between the two fabric ene' .- 6 "OIW ,. Finally arise in a Verf9N wherein the lecithin, oil and existing so-called . soybean slurry in order ABSD 9, - 'extension of the water with glycerol treated is nacli separation of the glycerol liquor lecithin-oil mixtures, which may contain quantities numerically unspecified glycerol In the description of the process is as it were such a one on the harmlessness. With the object of the present invention and its solution, there is no connection whatsoever, especially since the above-mentioned products, possibly containing glycerine, are Phc> sphatide with a range of 20 to 300/0 Which are therefore free of the disadvantages even in the complete absence of glycerol, which are the subject of the present invention et.
