Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Eisfarben nach dem Druck- oder Klotzverfahren Gegenstand des Hauptpatents 638 878 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Eisfarben nach dem Druck- oder Klotzverfahren. Dieses Verfahren besteht darin, daß man die Faser mit Gemischen aus Azokomponen.ten und Alkalien oder aus Alkalisalzen von Azokonipotienten, aus diazotierbaren Aminen, die weder flüssig noch tief schmelzend noch leicht flüchtig sein sollen, und aus Alkalinitriten bedruckt oder klotzt und nach dem Trocknen zunächst zur Diazotierung des Amins durch Säure und hierauf zur Kupplung durch säurebindende Mittel hindurchfährt. Nach Patent 4 070 werden als Azokomponenten bei diesem Verfahren Kondensationsprodukte von 2, 3-Oxynaphthoesäurearyliden mit Formaldehyd verwendet.Process for the production of ice colors by the printing or padding process The subject of the main patent 638 878 is a process for the production of ice colors by the printing or padding process. Die neue Arbeitsweise ist auf die folgenden Beispiele nicht beschränkt und kann auch bei den Beispielen 1 in den eingangs erwähnten Patenten angewendet werden. Beispiel i Man mischt 311,2 Teile 4-(4.'-Methyl)-phenoxyacetylamino - 2"'5 - dimethoxy-1- aminobenzöl, 232,2 Teile 1- (2', 3'-Oxynaphthoylamino)-3-nitrobenzol, 186 Teile Natriumnitrit, 2 Teile Natriizmhydroxyd, 69,1 Teile kristallisiertes Natriumacetat oder die entsprechende Menge entwässertes Natriumacetat und bereitet eine feine Druckpaste durch sorgfältiges Anteigen von 8 g dieses Gemisches mit 38 ccm Wasser, 3 ccm Türkischrotöl, S ccm Glycerin, 3 ccm Natriumhy droxydlösung von 34'B6 und 43g neutraler Stärketragantverdickung: Der Stoff wird mit der Druckpaste bedruckt, getrocknet, schnell durch eine 2prozentige wässerige Salzsäurelösung, die 5o g Natriumchlorid je Liter enthält, gezogen, abgequetscht und kurze Zeit hierauf so lange mit kaltem Wasser nachgespült, bis sich eine echte, reine, violette Färbung entwickelt hat. Hierauf wird kochend geseift. Hierauf wird; wie in Beispiel i angegeben, gearbeitet, wobei zu hohe Temperatur beim Trocknen zweckmäßig vermieden wird.
