Description
Device for air sifting of grist Most grinders With air sifting, the material to be sifted is passed through the air stream in a known manner lifted up and rotating through the inner cone of the caution passed through. The coarser parts that are dragged along are thrown off centrifugally and get back to the grinding through the downward leading tip of the inner cone or are entirely excreted, while the fine ones, suspended in the 'stream of air remaining particles through a centrally located pipeline to the final deposition reach.
All these known cyclone separators have the major disadvantage that almost all mineral, metal and earth colors and also other finely powdered ones Materials that have a strong tendency to stick and stick in their fine condition stick to the walls of the cyclones and gradually clog the equipment. All aids, such as rotating scrapers, knockers and the like, have been used up to now little proven. For example, it has not yet been possible to use lithopone, chalk, To sift through ultramarine and similar substances perfectly and with it the highest fineness to reach.
These drawbacks are eliminated by the present invention, according to which the walls of the sifter are not made of rigid material, such as wood or sheet metal, as is usually the case or the like, but made of - foldable material, such as rubber, cloth or the like, which is constantly set in vibration. With the one on the accompanying drawing The device shown as a scheme is assumed that the material to be classified through the screw i is fed to the system. The product falls from the screw i into the lower part 2 of the caution, is distributed here and generated by one in the fan 3 Air flow inside the outer jacket q. lifted up and gets into the inner cone 5. This is where the coarse parts are deposited and trickle down the wall of the jacket 6 and get back through a conveyor device 7 for grinding or for excretion, while the fine particles with the air through the pipeline 8 are fed to the cyclone separator 9.
The cone walls ¢ and 6 are made to vibrate slightly offsetting material, such as rubber, cloth or the like. At the same time is the whole sifter on devices io resiliently attached and is in a known way set in rapid vibrations by devices i i. These with a high number of vibrations generated vibrations are transmitted to the walls q. and 6 and thus also on the items to be viewed, which are kept in constant motion as a result and so there is no opportunity to cling and fix. The downward pipeline 8 is equipped with a movable intermediate piece 12 to the vibrations generated to enable the sifter. The material to be separated now passes through the fan 3 Pipeline 13, which is also provided with a movable part i ¢, to the separating cyclone 9, which is equipped in the same way as the caution. Here, too, is the cone shell 15 made of an elastic material, the cyclone also mounted on springs 16 and equipped with a vibrating device 17. This prevents the Good avoided and at the same time the deposited material to the outlet 18 in the Cone tip promoted. The pipeline leading back from the cyclone separator 9 to the caution is also connected to the cyclone separator by an elastic piece 2o.
