Abstract
The low-voltage distributor has a plug base (10) for holding busbars, as well as a built-in apparatus (15) which is plugged by means of a self-sprung plug contact (21) onto one (12) of the busbars and is held on the plug base (10). A connecting terminal (24) of the built-in apparatus (15) is electrically conductively connected to the busbar (12) via a flexible conductor (23) and the plug contact (21), which is welded to the conductor (23) and is mounted in a floating manner in the housing (17) of the built-in apparatus (15). The busbar (12) is formed from unalloyed copper and has guide surfaces (25) which make it easier to plug the plug contact (21) on. The plug contact (21) consists of a material having a relaxation which is less than that of brass or bronze, and is connected by means of the flexible conductor (23) to the plug contact (1) using a welding process which avoids softening of the plug contact (21). The low-voltage distributor can be loaded with high operating currents, whose intensity varies (alternates, changes), without any problems over very long time periods, while maintaining predetermined (specified) geometrical dimensions. <IMAGE>
