Abstract

The code is preselectable by switches (35). The waveform (7) has positive half-cycles of a first frequency alternating with negative half-cycles of a second frequency, the combined duration of the two half-cycles remaining constant. The half-cycles have different amplitudes and can be transposed to provide a "digital" signal.
