Pressure wave switch with a switching device designed as a thermal switch
for the main valve The invention relates to a pressure wave switch with
a switching device designed as a heat switch for the main valve and
is in particular that the switching device is also an auxiliary valve for
which controls the gas supply line for heating the heating flame. Opposite to
known devices in which the switching device is only the main valve
controls, the device according to the invention has the essential advantage
that the pilot flame switched off completely regardless of the duration of the pressure wave
can be. The switching operations can therefore be carried out much faster.
Another feature of the invention is that the preferably from one
Linkage formed a connection between the auxiliary valve and the heat switch
such dead. Gang has that the auxiliary valve only at the end of the movement of the
Heat switch is switched. Preferably the dead line is in the connection
between the auxiliary valve and the thermal switch from one formed on the one part
Slits formed in the one with another part firmly connected approach displaceable
is. According to the further invention, the gas for the climbing pipe is ignited
the heating flame carried out through the auxiliary valve.
in
unterbrochen gezeichnet. Die Verbindung zwischen den abgebrochen gedachten Teilen
der Leitung ml erfolgt in irgendeiner gebogenen Form. The invention is illustrated by way of example in the drawing. It means a a gas supply line, b1 a ratchet wheel or a ratchet. The ratchet wheel is connected to a tap in the gas line in such a way that either the feed line to the gas line c or to the gas line d or to both is open or closed. The gas lines c and d are intended as' supply lines to group burners, so that it is possible to switch the groups of burners connected to the lines c and d optionally on and off with the help of the switching wheel b1. f is the end of a spiral spring made of bimetal or the like accommodated in the housing. The end of this spring f can act on the screw b3 of one end of the ratchet lever b2 and thus cause this lever to pivot. This end is also connected by means of a pin f2 to a rod g in which a slot g is provided. The rod g is connected to a cock lt in such a way that when the spring f moves in the direction of arrow 2, the end of the spring does not initially act on the rod g, so that the supply line to the burner i is not interrupted. will. Only after the spring f has touched the screw b3 does the rod g be carried along and thus shut off the cock h during the switching of the ratchet wheel and thus the flame on the burner i is extinguished. Provided below the burner i is a line k on which a leg k is arranged in which gas outlet openings are provided. The lower end of this line k, k1 is opposite the pilot flame m for the group burners, so that as soon as gas enters this line and thus to the burner i, this gas is ignited at the burner by the climbing flame in the line part k. In the housing there is a shut-off valve o which is loaded with the aid of weights p in such a way that it only opens under the action of the pressure wave. If a pressure wave now enters line a, valve o opens. Gas enters line g, in which valve h is open. The gas passes to the burner i and through the line k, k1, so that the flame i is immediately ignited. The flame on the burner heats the spiral spring f, which swivels in the direction of arrow 2, presses on the adjustable screw b, and takes the ratchet lever with it until it has triggered a circuit. At the same time, the spring takes the rod g with it, which closes the cock h, so that now the flame on the burner i goes out. The coil spring is cooled so slowly that when the end of the coil spring has covered such a distance that corresponds to the length of the slot g, the pressure wave is no longer in effect, so that now the spring f quietly opens the cock h again can, since now the valve o 'is closed. The pawl b2 can be returned to its initial position by a spring or weight load. The tube ml, which supplies the gas to the ignition flame m, is shown interrupted in the drawing. The connection between the broken-off imaginary parts of the line ml takes place in any curved shape.
