Description
Verfahren zum Einlegen von Z-förmigen Isolationsstreifen zwischen nebeneinanderliegenden elektrischen Leitern von Spulen, insbesondere Drosselspulen Es ist bekannt, bei nebeneinander angeordneten kurzen Leitern zur gegenseitigen Isolation das zwischen den Leitern liegende Isoliermaterial Z-förmig zu gestalten. Die Z-Form kann dem Isoliermaterial im allgemeinen aber nur dann in einfacher Weise gegeben werden, wenn die Leiter gerade sind. Bei Spulen mit rechteckigem oder rundem Querschnitt muß das Material je nach dem Krümmungsdurchmesser, mit dem die einzelnen Windungen der Spule gewickelt sind, unterteilt werden, um die Anwendung der Z-Form zu ermöglichen. Dieser Nachteil soll nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden werden, daß der Isolationsstreifen schon beim Wickeln der Spule fortlaufend zwischen die Leiter eingefügt wird. Die benachbarten Leiter werden anfangs gegeneinander versetzt geführt und allmählich nebeneinander gebracht.
