verwendet. Diese rufen in ihrem Durchlaßbereich ganz bestimmte Zeitverzögerungen
hervor.
Delay chain for electrical compensators In the directional transmission and reception of electromagnetic and acoustic waves, chain conductors are often used. These cause very specific time delays in their pass band. The choke chain is particularly suitable for delaying noises or pulses, as it is known that it has a delay that is independent of the frequency. If L is the self-induction of a chain link and C is its capacitance, then the delay per link is -c - l L The limit frequency cuo has a simple relationship with this quantity In practice it often happens that although the cut-off frequency a) "is selected to be sufficiently high according to the character of the pulses to be delayed, the time division given by formula (i) is not yet fine enough for the purpose at hand. You then had to The essence of the present invention is to achieve a finer subdivision without increasing the number of members, simply by dividing the self-induction accordingly. This measure is based on the new knowledge that all frequencies, which are sufficiently below the cut-off frequency, run at constant speed not only through the chain in general, but also through the individual link confirmed experimentally.
B. erfolgen, indem man drei getrennte Spulen verwendet
(Abb.2).
Selbstinduktion jedes Kettengliedes also in zwei Schritten durchlaufen wird. The invention is illustrated in Fig. I using the example of a so-called circular compensator. Three receivers r, 2, 3 are guided via the contact bridge 4 to the contact buttons belonging to the individual chain links. At one end of the chain is the resistor 5 serving to avoid reflections, at the other end the transformer 6 with the telephone 7. The subdivision of the individual chain link is shown on the top chain link. It consists of a capacitance c and a self-induction L. The latter is divided into three windings ii, 12, 13, and the sub-points are routed separately to special contact buttons for the brush contacts. The subdivision of i can e.g. B. be done by using three separate coils (Fig.2). Fig. 3 shows another possibility of execution using the example of a symmetrical chain. Here the self-induction of each link is already distributed over two windings 1 and 1 , and it is now necessary to switch them on one after the other. For this purpose, the bridge 1 and 5 the contact assembly 40 serves to 47. In the direction indicated by the telephone Pfeil3i position 7 with the points 2 i is connected to and 22, 32 with 22 and 23, wherein 33 to 23 and 24, etc., so that the self-induction of each chain link is run through in two steps.
