Pferderechen.Horse rake.
The present invention relates to a horse rake with spring pressure
Prong, which is characterized by the fact that the prong and spring guide coincide.
verringert, sondern es werden auch billigere Zinken als bei dem Hollingworth-Rechen verwendet;
The horse rake is a modification of the Hollingworth rake. The characteristic of this rake is shown schematically in FIG. The individual prongs A go through slot guides α and through eyes b , are then extended forward and find at this end a resilient mounting in the spring guide arranged in the frame BB ede. Quite apart from the considerable number of necessary bearing and guide organs, the manufacture of the individual prongs is costly due to their required length and shape. To remedy these evils. is the purpose of the present invention, and it is sought to achieve this purpose by uniting the tine and spring guides with one another in a new and peculiar way. As a result, the construction is not limited to a smaller number of workers or used parts and thus the possibility of a malfunction, but also cheaper tines are used than in the Hollingworth rake; and repairs that may become necessary can be carried out more quickly and easily.
dar. Bei diesem Rechen finden die gebräuchlichen Zinken A\' welche
ohne Federn arbeiten, Verwendung.
Fig. 4, welche zur.
Fig. 2 shows the new horse rake in the average and Figs. 3 to 6 show construction details. In this rake, the common tines A \ ', which work without springs, are used. These prongs are bent at right angles at their upper ends, FIG. 5, and rest with these bent ends in a longitudinal groove of the axle beam C. The guide beam D for the. The prong is equipped with transverse slots f, Fig. 3 and 4, in which the prongs A 1 rest, Fig. 3. These transverse slots / go up to the surface of the guide bar D and contain tubular extensions f * in the middle from above. , Fig. 4, which for. Recording and storage of coil springs E, Fig. 2, 3 and 5, are used. The cover rail D 1 then verschliefst slots / and bores f 1, the resting in the latter and on the tines A 1 springs E DAF their abutment on the cover rail D 1 find FIGS. 2 and 3. Each tine has therefore also their particular Suspension, which is also combined with the tine guide at the same time.
Fig. 6 dargestellte Ausführungsform gewählt werden.
Instead of mounting the springs E in a bore in the guide bar, the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 can also be selected. Here an iron box F is attached to the side of the guide bar D and is open at the rear for the passage of the prongs, in which the individual springs E rest.
