Abstract

The oven has an oven casing closed by a door and first and second air channels. An inclined surface on the door rises from the oven casing towards an external space as far as the opening of the second channel into the first channel, narrows the first channel at least at its highest point and exceeds the height of the door's front panel. The oven has an oven casing (4) closed by a door (8), a first channel (10) at least partly above the oven casing and door and opening into an external space (A) to carry an air flow towards the external space produced by a fan and a second channel (16) on the inside of the door's front panel and opening into the first channel and carrying a second upward air flow sucked through the first channel in to the external space. An inclined surface (18) on the door rises from the casing towards the external space as far as the opening of the second channel in the first channel, narrows the first channel at least at its highest point (N2) and exceeds the height of the door's front panel (F).
