Abstract

The transverse bars include a flattened cross section, where a longer axis of the transverse bars is oriented at right angles to the longitudinal bars. The transverse bars arranged on a side of the longitudinal bars are different in the width. The longitudinal bars run vertically and the width of the transverse bars increases from the top to bottom.
