Schleudertrommeln mit Filtereinlage. Bei den bisher bekannten Schleudertrommeln
dieser Art ist das Einsetzen und Auswechseln der Filtertücher und Abdichten ihrer
Randkanten i-nit Schwierigkeiten verknüpft. Die Erfindung bezweckt, diese Schwierigkeiten

In dem durch einen Deckel a abgeschlossenen Gehäuse b der Schleudertrommel
sind mehrere, fortlaufende Kammern bildende Flügeleinsätze c und ein Filtereinsatz
d gelagert. Der Filtereinsatz d besteht aus einem Filtermantellager e, einem Filtermantelträger
f und einem Filtertuchmantel g. Die Erfindung besteht in erster Linie darin, daß
die am Filtermantelträger f vorgesehene Auflagefläche für den Filtertuchmantel g
kegelförmig gestaltet ist. Auch das Filtermantellager e ist entsprechend geformt,
und zwar erweitert sich dieses von unten nach oben. An ihm sind unten und oben nach
innen vorspringende Leisten h und i vorgesehen, an die der Filtertuchmantel
g angepreßt ist. Dieser ist somit nur oben und unten eingespannt, so daß die ganze
übrige Filtertuchfläche für den Durchtritt der Flüssigkeit frei bleibt. Diese kann
aus der letzten Flügelkammer durch Öffnungen h, m und iz in die äußere Ringkammer
p und durch Bohrungen q des Filtermantellagers e, den Filtertuchmantel g
sowie Nuten r und Bohrungen s, die in dem Filtermantelträger f vorgesehen sind,
in den freien Raum t unterhalb des Deckels a gelangen, aus dem sie abfließen kann.
Der Filtertuchmantel g kann infolge der kegelförmigen Gestaltung der betreffenden

Ansatze u versehen. Auf diesem ruhen drei durch Bohrungen des Deckels a geführte
Druckbolzen v, die durch eine auf dem Dekkel a verstellbare Schraubenmutter
w fest angepreßt werden können. Durch diesen Anpressungsdruck wird, wie ohne
weiteres erkennbar ist, der Filtermantelträger f mit dem Filtertuchmantel g an das
Filtermantellager e in einfachster Weise so angepreßt, daß ein dichter Abschluß
