Description

Process for the preparation of organic mercury compounds A process for the preparation of organic mercury compounds has become known from the patent specification 482 926 , which consists in the fact that compounds of the general constitution R-CO-R ', where R is an aromatic or other cyclic radical and R' is an aliphatic Radical means; and in which: at least one of the groups R and R 'contains one or more solubilizing substituents or those which, like the nitro group, can easily be converted into solubilizing substituents. The mercurized acetophenone is therapeutically worthless and it has appeared desirable to improve the effect by introducing further chemotherapeutically active groups.

As the unpredictable behavior of acetophsenone is known and in the Literature is described (cf. e.g. K u n k e 1, Ber. 34 igoi, p. 1a6), so, had to one would expect aoetophenones to have other chemotherapeutically effective substituents or contain groups of inorganic or organic nature, the mercuration difficulties would oppose.

According to the present invention, one arrives at therapeutic. important Compounds in that mixed fatty-cyclic organic compounds, which contain active carbonyl groups in non-cyclic bond, and in their molecule nor cheanotherapeutic agendas or groups of an inorganic or organic nature are included, meircurlert. As starting materials come z. B. such carbonyl compounds into consideration, which either in the cyclic radical R or in the aliphatic radical R, or in both radicals bodies or groups, such as. B. arsenic, antunone, iodine, naphtholsulfoinic acid, the CH.NH@ group, the NHCH3 group, etc. Otherwise, the starting materials contain any further substituents.

Man erhält etwa 1,3g. Man ,erhält luft- trocken .etwa o,2 g. Achieving the C-Hg bond in. The compounds mentioned can be achieved in a wide variety of ways, e.g. B. by heating the starting materials in malekudar amounts or with an excess of mercury salts or by treating. with mercury oxide in an alkaline solution etc. Examples 1. 2.5, g of p-aoetophenonarsinic acid are used in 4 times. Dissolved n-sodium hydroxide solution. 2.2 g of precipitated mercury oxide are added to the solution. The reaction takes place at ordinary temperature, and all the mercury oxide goes into solution. The clear filtered solution is weakly acidified, and the Aric acid precipitating in crystalline form is 2bgeso, gen. 2. 015 @g p-Ac-etoiphenonarsinsäure be thoroughly triturated with 0.5 mercury acetate and the mixture for about an hour heated about 130 °. The one colored a little brown Melt is boiled out with water and the resulting product is removed sucked Dissolved from caustic soda and with Hems like this testifies to this mercured arsine line a decomposition point an evil 270 °. 3. o, 6g aciaatophenonsialicylic acid and ig Mercury acetate, ground and at about 13 5 '1 5 minutes heated, bad eab en under strong Development of acetic acid .eilive solid light- brown colored melt. She will be with about 5 cc of water rubbed in and drained off. That air-dry product melts around 25o ° with severe decomposition. You get about 1.3g. The mercurated aoetophenc> nsalicyl- acid dissolves clearly in sodium hydroxide solution and can again from this solution with acetic acid be felled. q .. 2.5 g B; romnitro.ace@tophenon and 3 g Mercury acetate are intimately mixed and Heated for 112 hours at about 135 °. It kicks gradually softening and turning into one of firm yellowish pebbles: interspersed Melt: a. Now the R.ealcti; on.pro- product with 15 ccm 50% acetic acid. boils, sucked off hot and the undissolved partly dried on clay. Ice v & rpufft im Capillary tube heated to 285 ° under black coloring. From the .acetic acid mother liquor another mercured pra- product that snaps gag @ en io °. 5. o, 6-- p-iodine-m-nitroacetophenone be triturated with 0.6g Queoksüberacetat and Heated for up to 2 hours at 135 °. It kicks first an almost clear melt on top a separation of colorless particles with a slight darkening of the melt. The melt is boiled with 50% vinegar acid from, in which the Mercurierungsprudukt is insoluble, and sucks off. One receives air- dry. about 0.2 g. Heated in the capillary roller it evaporates around 28o °. From the acetic acid Mother liquor also separates here second mercured product, the one n:, shows a narrower melting point. 6. -, 29 q.-Bromo-3-amido- i-, acetophen-an are dissolve hot in 2o ccm of methyl alcohol, and to the still warm solution becomes a Solution of 3.2 g of mercury acetate in 3o ccm Add methyl alcohol. One occurs immediately strong voiluminous precipitation which occurs after about Warming the egg on the water bath for a few minutes almost completely in. Solution goes. One warms up on the water bath for about 2 hours then cool and filtered according to etIva 24 hours. After strong concentration of the alcohol The natural filtrate gradually increases in volume the crystallized mercured compound, which is sucked off. The product will be out a little 50%, it recrystallizes acetic acid and then melts to form a brown melt against i2o °, so it is core m; ercuri.ert.
