Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung für bewegliche Steckkontakte gegen Zerspringen beim Hinfallen oder Anschlagen an Wände oder auf den Fußboden. Solche beweglichen Steckkontakte bestehen aus einem die Kontaktstifte oder Buchsen tragenden Isolierkörper aus Porzellan, Hartgummi •o. dgl., in den die Leitungsschimr eingeführt wird. Ein derartiger Steckkontakt bietet die ίο besondere Gefahr des Zerspringens beim Hinfallen oder Anschlagen, und dabei tritt auch die Gefahr auf, daß die Leitungsschnur an der Einführungsstelle in den Isolierkörper Stark geknickt oder durchgescheuert wird. Beides wird nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, daß auf den die Kontaktstifte tragenden Isolierkörper und den anschließenden Teil der Leitungsschnur eine Schutzhülle gestreift wird, die den ganzen Steckkontakt völlig bedeckt.
