Es ist bekannt, einen Heizrahrk-essel für eine Feuerung mit gasförmigen Brennstoffen so einzurichten, daß die Flammen nur in den Heizrohren vorhanden sind. Zu diesem Zweck ist vor jedem Heizrohr eine Düse angeordnet, die den gasförmigen Brennstoff in das zugehörige Heizrohr treten läßt. Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen aus der Anordnung der Düsen, wie diese aus Abb. i ersichtlich ist, die einen senkrechten Schnitt durch den aufrecht stehenden Kessel darstellt, während Abb. a einen teilweisen Horizontalschnitt des Kessels bildet. Die schematisch dargestellten Düsena, die oberhalb des Kessels angeordnet sind, ragen so weit in die Heizrohre b hinein, daß dit Flammen die Heizrohrwände erst unterhalb des Wasserspiegels berühren.
