Claims (3)
1. Amorphe Legierung mit verbesserter Be- bzw. Verarbeitbarkeit, die eine Zusammensetzung der allgemeinen Formel hat:
worin bedeuten:
X eines oder zwei der Elemente Zr und Hf;
M mindestens ein Element, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, die be 1^ steht aus Ni, Cu, Fe, Co und Mn; und
a, b und c Atomprozentsätze, für die gilt: 25 ^ a ^ 85; 5 £ b * 70 und 0
< c * 35,
und die zu mindestens 50 Vol.-% aus einer amorphen Phase besteht.
2. Amorphe Legierung nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Atomprozentsätze
a, b und c in der allgemeinen Formel die folgen den Werte haben:
35 ^ a * 75; 15 * b ^ 55 und 5 &iacgr; c &iacgr; 20.
3. Amorphe Legierung nach Anspruch 1, in der die Atomprozentsätze
a, b und c in der allgemeinen Formel die folgenden Werte haben:
55 ^ a ^ 70; 15 ^ b ^ 35 und 5 ^ c ^ 20.
