Description

' Beispiel i. 8-Nitro-2-naplitliylamin wird in Ameisensäure gelöst. Beispiel 3. Process for dyeing cellulose esters, in particular cellulose acetate silk. It has been found that cellulose esters, especially fibers made of acetyl cell tilose (cellulose acetate silk), can be dyed with good fastness in a simple manner if they are treated with solutions of weakly basic, sparingly water-soluble -N itroarvlaminen or derivatives thereof. Such weakly basic nitroarv lamines can be converted into dilute aqueous solutions with the help of small amounts of acid. B. to höhet` nitrated amines. The colorations differ advantageously from those from nitroarylainins which are readily or fairly readily soluble in water, such as, for. B. pN itraniline, as these have insufficient water fastness. 'Example i. 8-Nitro-2-naplitliylamine is dissolved in formic acid. Then the same volume of 10 percent aqueous gum arabic cuinlösting is added and the solution is diluted from 60 to 70 ° with 50 to 100 times the amount of water. Atis of this liquor, acetate silk is dyed in lively orange-yellow to red tones. Example 2. 3 - \; itr o - .4 - ainobenzophenone is dissolved in formic acid and the solution poured into 5 times the amount of water from 6o to 70 °, to which a suitable amount of turkey red oil had previously been added. An opalescent colloidal solution forms in which the acetate silk is removed for 1/1 to 1 hour, turning it greenish-yellow in color. Example 3.

2 - Atnino - 4. - Nitrodiphenylainin is used in athv lenclilorhvdrin dissolved, the solution in 5o to 10o times the amount of water with the addition of a little turkish red oil poured. The bath produced in this way produces a reddish yellow of on acetate silk good authenticity.

Beispiel s.Instead of ethylene chlorohydrin, other solvents can also be used, z. B. epichlorohydrin or acetone, use. Also other derivatives of the nitrated Diphenylinins are suitable, e.g. B. I-N itro-2-amino-d .'-acetaininodiplienviainin, which gives a beautiful full yellow. Example That according to patent 21-259a. prepared The condensation product of 3-chloro-6-nitroaniline and formaldehyde is filed in 2 ″ Formic acid and 10 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid dissolved with heating and with Diluted 300 to 500 parts of water. There are 5 parts in the resulting clear solution Acetyl cellulose moved for an hour or more at 6o to 70 °. You wash and soap and obtained a yellow with excellent fastness properties. example s.

A yellow color is obtained from this bath on acetate silk Dye, the authenticity of which is unduly impaired by aftertreatment with formaldehyde can be.
