Description

Lehre für das Biegen von Brettern, deren Wölbung dadurch zustande kommt, daß das Brett mit Einfräsungen oder mit Sägeeinschnitten versehen ist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Lehre für gebogene Bretter, deren Wölbung dadurch zustande kommt, daß das Brett mit Sägeeinschnitten bzw. Einfräsungen versehen ist. Für ein zu biegendes Brett läßt sich der Radius der Biegung bei Verwendung ein und desselben Fr äsers bzw. ein und derselben Säge dadurch ändern, daß die Entfernung der Einschnitte voneinander geändert wird. Wenn beispielsweise in der Zeichnung die Einfräsungen i in dem Brett 2 die Entfernung x voneinander besitzen, so erhält die Wölbung des Brettes, wenn es nach Herstellung der Einfräsungen gebogen wird, wie es in Abb. 2 dargestellt ist, den Radius y. Die Wölbung erhält aber, wie es 4n Abb. q. dargestellt ist, den Radius 2 y, wenn die Entfernung der Einfräsungen i des Brettes 2 voneinander nach Abb. 3 gleich 2 x ist. Es ist also für den Fabrikanten von Wichtigkeit, zu wissen, in welchen Abständen voneinander, bei Verwendung ein und desselben Fräsers oder ein und derselben Säge, die Einschnitte in dem Brett angebracht werden müssen, wenn das Brett eine bestimmte Wölbung erhalten soll, und dies wird durch die neue Lehre in einfachster Weise ermöglicht. Diese Lehre, die in Abb. 5 der Zeichnung schaubildlich zur Darstellung gebracht ist, besteht aus einem elastischen Bande 3, das die Einfräsungen q. aufweist, die dem für die Arbeit verwendeten Fräser oder der verwendeten Säge entsprechen, so daß sich das Band 3 aus der mit ausgezogenen Linien gezeichneten Lage in die mit punktierten Linien gezeichnete, gekrümmte Lage biegen läßt. Auf der Unterseite 5 des Bandes 3 sind in gleichen Entfernungen, in denen auch die Einfräsungen q. voneinander liegen, Markierungen 6 angebracht, die einfache Markierungslinien oder auch Stahlspitzen oder Bleistiftspitzen sein können.
