Abstract

A guide and support casing is introduced percutaneously together with an osteophyte milling system integrated in a rinsing and suction device. The osteophyte milling system comprises two spring steel plates which are curved outwards. The plates are anchored in a drive shaft, and are guided in a positioning tube.
