Das Gerät nach der Erfindung besteht aus einem Fahr werk mit Rädern 1, die auf beliebige geeignete Weise, z.B. durch einen Elektromotor mit entsprechendem Getriebe ange trieben werden. Fahrwerk, Motor und Getriebe sind in einem Gehäuse 2 untergebracht, das zweckmäßig gemäß Darstellung helm- oder schüsselförmig mit glatten Außenflächen ausge bildet ist und waagerecht in gegeneinander um die Achse 3 drehbare Ringe, z.B. drei auf einer Grundplatte 4 drehbare Ringe 5,6 und 7 unterteilt ist. Jeder Ring trägt einen in ihm gelagerten Arm, der in verschiedenen Richtungen bzw. Ebenen bewegbar ist, also z.B. ein- und ausziehbar, heb und senkbar sowie verschwenkbar sein kann. Beispielsweise trägt die unterste Scheibe 5 einen allgemein mit 8 bezeich neten Arm, der aus dem waagerechten Teilarm 9, dem aufrecht stehenden Teilarm 10 und dem beide verbindenden Gelenk 11 besteht. Wenn der Teilarm 9 in seiner Achse in Pfeilrich tung A-B ein- und ausfahrbar und um seine Achse drehbar ist und der Teilarm 9 um das Gelenk 10 in Pfeilrichtung C-D schwenkbar ist, so kann der Kopf 12 mit einem entspre chenden Werkzeug oder Gerät, z.B. einer Laser-Pistole 13, in die verschiedensten Richtungen und Stellungen gebracht werden.
