Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for separating hard substances from liquids, especially from cooling water with a rotationally symmetrical sieve and one arranged on the upstream side Suction device and a scraper arranged downstream, whereby to clean the sieve the sieve rotates or suction direction and wipers.
There are for example from DE-PS 36 40 638 and DE-OS 38 01 015 Filters known that have a rotationally symmetrical sieve with a suction device arranged on the upstream side. These have the disadvantage that many times with fibrous soiling the backwashing forces are insufficient, the ver downstream loosen fibrous dirt from the sieve. Another version used on the downstream screen additional spray nozzles. The equipment effort is here at considerable and the effect only limited.
The present invention has for its object a to create direction, even with fibrous soiling safe cleaning of the screen surface guaranteed.
To solve this problem, the invention provides that a suction on the upstream side of the rotationally symmetrical sieve device and a wiper is provided on the outflow side, the relative movement of the sieve to the suction device / scraper by rotating the sieve or by rotating the suction device and wipers can be done. The sieve can be the most varied Shapes have: disc, cone, truncated cone, spherical caps, ge domed or rectangular surfaces. The sieve can be separated by webs Sectors are divided, where the suction is the size of a Sector. With conical or curved formation of the The inflow side can be on the inside or outside de screen area. The stripped or sheared fibrous pollution is caused by the at this point suction device arranged on the upstream side.
In the following the invention is appended to only one off guidance illustrative drawing explained.

Fig. 7 shows a detail of the suction device and the scraper.
Fig. 1 shows the device according to the invention with a conical sieve 1 , which projects into the pipeline 2 . The drive 3 rotates the suction device 4 and stripper 5 . The flow arrow 6 indicates the direction of flow. By opening the shut-off valve 8 it is achieved that a lower pressure prevails in the dirt outlet pipe 7 and thus in the suction device 4 than in the pipeline 2 . In the area of the suction slot 9 , the flow direction 6 is therefore reversed and the dirt adhering to the sieve is suctioned off. Fibrous soiling that has caught on the downstream side of the sieve and cannot be sucked off by the backflow is pulled out or sheared off by the scraper from the perforation of the sieve 1 and captured and sucked off by the backflow. The flange pipe section 10 can also extend over the entire length of the separator to the end of the drive 3 , as shown in FIG. 4. The stripper 5 can be a rigid or elastic web; it can also be designed like a knife or as a brush.
Fig. 2 and 3 show different screen shapes, 11 and 12 with the corre- sponding extraction 13, 16 and wiper 14, 17. The number of rectangular contours or bulges can be different.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show the device according to the invention, the screen 1 is divided by webs 18 in second sectors 19. The suction 20 covers a sector 19 . The scraper 5 lies opposite the suction 20 on the outflow side.
Fig. 6 shows the device according to the invention with Absaugvorrich device 21 on the outer sieve surface 1 and the scraper 22 on the inner sieve surface 1st The flow arrow 23 indicates the direction of flow.
As can be seen from the detail of FIG. 7, the suction ( 4 , 13 , 16 , 20 , 21 ) in a preferred embodiment has elastic sealing lips 24 and the wiper ( 5 , 14 , 17 , 22 ) has an elastic wiper strip 25 . The flow arrow 26 indicates the direction of flow of the backwash. The sealing lips 24 and squeegee 25 can also be rigid or as brushes.
