The washing device 10 consists of a washing trough 15 with a compulsory mixer 3 . A vibrating grate 2 is provided on the feed section 14 of the washing device 10 . B. can be arranged with rubber bearings. A feed hopper 50 is arranged on the vibrating grate 2 . On one side of the hopper 50, a discharge is formed funnel. 39 Over this grain hopper 39 oversize is discharged from the contaminated soil, which can be filled into the hopper 50 using conventional earthworks. A gap width of 80 mm has proven to be expedient for the vibrating grate 2 , so that oversize particles with a diameter greater than 80 mm are discharged via the discharge funnel 39 . The inclination of the washing trough 15 to the horizontal 40 can be adjusted manually. This makes it possible to adapt the washing trough 15 with the compulsory mixer 3 to different soil structures and water contents and to continuously empty the washing trough 15 completely. It has proven to be expedient to be able to adjust the inclination of the washing tub in a range from +5 degrees to -5 degrees to the horizontal 40 . For this purpose, the washing trough 15 is mounted in the area of the dispensing section 16 on a bearing block 35 which is fastened on the container change frame 20 . In the area of the feed section 14 there is a lifting device 36 and a locking device 34 by means of which the washing trough 15 can be locked in a selected inclination.
In the washing trough 15 two sword shafts 42 are arranged as a compulsory mixer 3 . The waves 43 of the sword shafts 42 are in the end walls 44, 45 of the washing trough 15 gela. Radial to the longitudinal axes 47 of the shafts 43 are arranged on these swords 46 , which are arranged at an oblique angle to the longitudinal axes 47 . The shafts 43 are connected to a drive motor 41 which drives the sword shafts 42 at intervals, the direction of rotation being reversible. Here, the operation of the compulsory mixer 3 takes place in such a way that the sword shafts 42 first rotate in one direction, then remain at rest for a while and are then rotated again in reverse. This process can be repeated.
Die Länge des Mischvorgangs hängt von der Bodenstruktur und der Schadstoffbelastung ab.With the abandonment of the contaminated soil in the hopper 50 , washing water and a detergent containing washing-active substances are simultaneously entered into the washing trough 15 via metering machines. The pollutants adhering to the grain structure are dissolved by the washing substances and emulsified in the washing water. The length of the mixing process depends on the soil structure and the pollution.
In the end wall 44 , an opening 49 is ausgebil det, the outside of which is designed as a chute good transfer device 17 is assigned. The opening 49 can be closed or opened by means of a motor-driven partition 48 . After completion of the mixing process, the bulkhead 48 is opened so that the contents of the washing trough 15 can be transferred to the material transfer device 17 by means of the sword shafts 42 through the opening 49 .
The free end section of the material transfer device 17 is located above the receiving section of an inclined material conveyor device 18 which, for. B. can be designed as a belt conveyor 51 as belt pocket conveyor. The material delivery section 19 of the material conveying device 18 is arranged above a drainage channel 4 which has a sieve plate 5 . A trough 55 is located below the sieve tray 5 . The swinging suspended sieve bottom 5 preferably has a gap width of 1 mm and can be z. B. eccentric motors are set in directional vibrations. In this way the direction of the Gutförderein 18 applied to the sieve tray 5 via the sieve bottom material 5 conveyed. It passes through a fresh water nozzle system, which consists of a washing nozzle arrangement 22 . The washing nozzle arrangement 22 has four de nozzle arms 52 which extend over the width of the drainage channel 4 and on which a number of nozzles 53 are arranged. The nozzle arms 52 are connected to a fresh water connection 54 . In the area of the drainage channel 4 , the material applied is separated both from the washing water and the pollutants emulsified therein, and also from the fine sands, the diameter of which is less than 1 mm. The sand and coarse grain fractions with a diameter of 1 to 80 mm are dried after passing through the washing nozzle arrangement 22 and section 23 of the drainage channel 4 is discharged at the material discharge. The washing water contaminated with pollutants and the fine sands are collected in the tub 55 and flow in the region of the outlet section 25 into a pipeline 56 and through this into a first separating device 6 .
The separating device 6 consists of an inclined trough 57 , in which a screw conveyor 61 is mounted, which can be driven by a motor 59 . At the lower end portion 26 of the separating device 6 , an outlet connection 37 is formed as an overflow, which is connected by means of a pipeline 65 or a hose to a buffer tank 66 . This buffer tank 66 is used to hold polluted washing water, which can be cleaned by a mobile or stationary water treatment system. The upper end portion 27 has a fine sand collector 28 , to which a fresh water supply connection 29 is connected. The fine sand collector 28 is also connected by means of a pipeline 30 to a second separating device 8 . The fine sands conveyed by means of the screw conveyor 61 from the wash water are discharged in a moist consistency into the fine sand collector 28 and are conveyed there by means of the fresh water supply pipe 29 supplied to the separating device 8 .
The separator 8 consists of a trough 58 also inclined ge, in which a conveyor screw 62 is located, which is driven by a motor 60 . At the lower end portion 63 of the tub 58 an outlet 32 is seen for slightly contaminated wash water. This slightly contaminated washing water can be connected to a further buffer tank 68 via a pipeline 67 or a hose and can be returned to the washing trough 15 from there. A discharge section 31 is formed on the upper end section 64 of the tub 58 , through which the repeatedly washed fine sand is discharged in a moist state by means of the screw conveyor 62 .
By means of the mobile device 1 , which can be transported with conventional driving witnesses without crane help and requires only short assembly times, pollutants can be extracted from the soil to such an extent that the floor can be reinstalled immediately after the cleaning process in the earth-moist state. It is essential for this that the contaminated soil is mixed intensively with the help of the forced mixer 3 with a combination of waschakti ven substances with the addition of water. The device 1 is easy to use and enables economical throughputs, economical consumption costs and economical acquisition costs. Since water and chemicals are only used in the closed system, an environmentally safe use of the device 1 is guaranteed. Emissions, noise and gases do not occur. Especially with fine sands, a high degree of dryness of approx. 15% is achieved. Tests carried out in experimental plants have shown that throughput rates of 10 m 3 per hour are possible with soft soils. The water requirement here is approximately 1 m 3 per m 3 of soil. In relation to hydrocarbons, a cleaning degree of approx. 95% has been achieved.
