Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elastische Fußunterlage für
Schuhe in Form einer aus gewölbtem federnden Stahlblech
bestehenden Stützplatte, welche im vorderen Bereich einen
auswechselbaren elastisch-flexiblen Stützkörper trägt, mit
dem sie sich auf die Schuhsohle abstützt.
Die elastischen Fußunterlagen haben den Zweck, bestimmte
Teile des Fußes abzustützen, um auf diese Weise eine Ent
lastung zu erreichen und damit das Gehen angenehmer zu ma
chen. Sie haben weiterhin den Zweck, bei jedem Schritt den
Vorfuß zu massieren und dadurch die Durchblutung zu stei
gern und die Fußermüdung beim Gehen zu verringern.
Der erstrebte Zweck wird aber nur dann erreicht, wenn die
se Fußunterlagen und zwar insbesondere der zur Verwendung
kommende Stützkörper dem Schuh jeweils abgepaßt wird. Das
hat zur Voraussetzung, daß der Stützkörper - der auch Pe
lotte genannt wird - auch von einem Laien leicht an der
Stützplatte angebracht bzw. ausgetauscht werden kann. Eine
solche Fußunterlage ist beispielsweise aus dem deutschen
Gebrauchsmuster G 85 17 462.9 bekannt. Bei der aus dieser
Veröffentlichung bekannten Einlegesohle ist der Stützkör
per mit ringförmigen Halterungen auswechselbar auf min
destens zwei mit einem Kugelkopf versehenen Stiften aufge
steckt bzw. befestigt, wobei die beiden Stifte auf der Un
terseite der Stützplatte vorstehen, mit der sie vorzugs
weise punktverschweißt sind.
Bei der Erfindung wird ebenfalls von einer solchen Einle
gesohle mit einem austauschbaren elastisch-flexiblen
Stützkörper ausgegangen.
Der Erfindung liegt jedoch die
Aufgabe zugrunde, Stützplatte und darauf befestigten
Stützkörper so auszubilden, daß zusätzlich eine Massage
wirkung von dieser Fußunterlage auf den Fuß des Trägers
ausgeübt wird. Zu diesem Zweck weist die Stützplatte bei
einer elastischen Fußunterlage gemäß der Erfindung im vor
deren Bereich einen gabelförmigen Einschnitt etwa in Form
eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks auf, ferner ist der ta
schenförmig ausgebildete Stützkörper von vorn auf die Ga
belteile der Stützplatte mit Klemmwirkung aufsteckbar, und
weiterhin sind an der Unterseite des Stützkörpers minde
stens zwei Kissen ausgebildet, die bei Belastung der Stütz
platte durch deren Einschnitt nach oben verdrängt werden.
Durch die rhythmische Schrittbewegung bzw. die wechselsei
tige Belastung der Stützplatte kommt eine Hubbewegung auf
die beiden nach vorne verlaufenden Gabelenden zustande,
welche ihrerseits einen Druck auf die flexiblen kissenför
migen Backen des Stützkörpers ausüben. Durch den gabelför
migen Einschnitt der Stützplatte hindurch wird Kissenmas
se nach oben verdrängt und damit eine Massage des Vorfußes
bewirkt.
Die Ausbildung des Stützkörpers als aufsteckbare flache
Tasche bietet darüber hinaus den Vorteil, daß seine leich
te Auswechslung auch durch den Laien möglich ist, so daß
jeweils der Stützkörper mit den optimalen Maßen auf die
Stützplatte aufgesteckt werden kann.
Gegenüber der Anordnung nach dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster
G 85 17 462.9 ergibt sich der weitere Vorteil, daß die er
findungsgemäße Konstruktion wesentlich einfacher ist, weil
auf der Stützplatte keinerlei Befestigungsmittel ange
bracht werden müssen.
In einer optimalen Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der
Einschnitt der Stützplatte etwa die Form eines gleich
schenkligen Dreiecks auf, wobei die aufeinander zu laufen
den Schenkelenden in eine vorzugsweise kreisförmige Erwei
terung einmünden. Die erwähnte Massagewirkung dürfte bei
dieser Ausführungsform am günstigsten sein.
Es ist zu empfehlen, die Tasche des Stützkörpers in Soh
lenlängsrichtung zwecks Bildung von getrennten Aufnahmen
für die beiden Gabelteile zu unterteilen. Diese Anordnung
weist den weiteren Vorteil auf, daß eine seitliche Ver
schiebung oder Verkippung des Stützkörpers nicht möglich
ist; er behält vielmehr seine vorgeschriebene Lage für
immer bei.
Der Stützkörper selbst wird zweckmäßig als geschäumter
Profilkörper hergestellt. Die Stützplatte soll aus einem
Stahlblech mit einer Stärke zwischen 0,7 mm und 1,8 mm,
vorzugsweise von 0,8 mm und 0,9 mm bestehen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnun
gen dargestellt. Es zeigt
Fig. 1 die elastische Fußunterlage in Aufsicht,
Fig. 2 die elastische Fußunterlage in Unteransicht,
Fig. 3 die elastische Fußunterlage in Seitenansicht.
Die Stützplatte der dargestellten elastischen Fußunterlage
ist mit 1, der Stützkörper mit 2 bezeichnet.
Wie sich aus der Darstellung nach Fig. 3 ergibt, ist die
aus einem federnden Stahlblech hergestellte Stützplatte 1
sowohl in ihrer Längs- als auch in ihrer Querrichtung ge
wölbt. Dies ist in Fig. 3 durch die Teile 6, 7 und 8 ange
deutet. Im vorderen Bereich ist die Stützplatte 1 mit
einem Einschnitt 3 versehen, der die Form eines gleich
schenkligen Dreiecks aufweist, wobei die aufeinander zu
laufenden Schenkelenden in eine kreisförmige Erweiterung
12 einmünden. Der Stützkörper 2 ist taschenförmig ausge
bildet, er wird auf den vorderen Bereich der Stützplatte 1
aufgeschoben und ist dann fest mit der Stützplatte 1 ver
bunden. Zu diesem Zweck darf der Schlitz 9 lediglich eine
solche Breite aufweisen, daß eine echte Klemmwirkung zu
stande kommt.
Die gewünschte Massagewirkung der erfindungsgemäßen ela
stischen Fußunterlage kommt dadurch zustande, daß beim Geh
vorgang und damit beim Durchdrücken der Stützplatte 1 die
am Stützkörper 2 vorhandenen Kissen 4 und 5 in den Ein
schnitt 3 und in die Erweiterung eingepreßt werden und da
mit einen Druck auf den Vorfuß ausüben. Dieser Druck ver
ändert sich laufend mit dem Bewegungsvorgang, womit die
Massagewirkung erklärt ist.
Die Stützplatte 1 besteht bei dem dargestellten Ausfüh
rungsbeispiel aus einem Stahlblech mit einer Stärke von
0,8 mm. Der Stützkörper 2 ist als geschäumter Profilkörper
ausgebildet.
Claims (6)
1. Elastische Fußunterlage zum Einlegen in Schuhe in Form
einer aus gewölbtem federnden Stahlblech bestehenden
Stützplatte, welche im vorderen Bereich einen auswech
selbaren elastisch-flexiblen Stützkörper trägt, mit dem
sie sich auf die Schuhsohle abstützt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützplatte (1) im vor
deren Bereich einen gabelförmigen Einschnitt (3) etwa
in Form eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks aufweist, daß
der taschenförmig ausgebildete Stützkörper (2) von vorn
auf die Gabelteile (10, 11) der Stützplatte (1) mit
Klemmwirkung aufgesteckt wird, und daß an der Untersei
te des Stützkörpers (2) mindestens zwei Kissen (4, 5)
ausgebildet sind, die bei Belastung der Stützplatte (1)
durch den Einschnitt (3) nach oben verdrängt werden.
2. Elastische Fußunterlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge
kennzeichnet, daß die aufeinander zulaufenden Schenkel
enden des Einschnitts (3) in eine kreisförmige Erweite
rung (12) einmünden.
3. Elastische Fußunterlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche in Sohlenlängsrichtung
zwecks Bildung von getrennten Aufnahmen für die beiden
Gabelteile (10, 11) der Stützplatte (1) unterteilt ist.
4. Elastische Fußunterlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützkörper (2) als geschäumter
Profilkörper ausgebildet ist.
5. Elastische Fußunterlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützplatte (1) aus einem
Stahlblech mit einer Stärke zwischen 0,7 mm und 1,8 mm
besteht.
6. Elastische Fußunterlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch ge
kennzeichnet, daß die Stützplatte (1) eine Stärke von
0,8 mm oder 0,9 mm besitzt.
