Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an agent for the treatment of aqueous systems and for the regeneration of body cells, especially skin cells, as well other special uses, especially as Biocide.
Modified aqueous chlorite solutions, especially using peroxy compounds Stabilized aqueous sodium chlorite solutions can be found in technology as well as in other companies. These Solutions are used, among other things, to treat water Drinking water purposes as well as swimming pool water and also from Process water used. Stabilized ones play a special role here or non-stabilized chlorite solutions during treatment of swimming pool water. Conventional chlorite solutions must "Chlorine / chlorine dioxide process" an acidic reaction line at a Go through pH equal to or less than 3. For this are imperative separate and not directly integrated in the water cycle required. This applies both to the so-called acid process as well as for the hypochlorous acid method, the above Chlorine / chlorine dioxide processes can be assigned. With these Both methods involve a great deal of additional equipment required and, in addition, to ensure that the Acid process, the supply of hydrochloric acid and the hypochlorite Acid procedure ensures the chlorine intake is absolutely guaranteed an adverse dosage of unreacted chlorite in the pool water to avoid. However, since defects cannot be ruled out with certainty, is always a source of danger for the bathing guest and thus for the Operator. In addition, the random mixing of the commercial Chlorite solutions with acids lead to explosive phenomena to lead.
The invention was therefore based on the object of a means at the outset to propose the type described above Remedies deficiencies in the prior art. In addition, there should be more Application areas to be accessible.
The invention relates to a means for regenerating body cells, especially skin cells, and a preparation agent aqueous systems, which is characterized in that it is in aqueous medium contains a peroxosulfate.
Aufl., 1984, S. 1239, 1. The wide range of uses of the agent according to the invention must be in highly surprising, especially with regard to its medical Possible uses. So goes for example from the literature "The Merck Index", 10th ed., 1984, p. 1239, 1st column, shows that Sodium peroxodisulfate is particularly irritating to skin areas for areas of the mucous membrane. This prior art distracts from any peroxosulfates for the treatment of skin diseases and to use the like.
Any salts of peroxosulfuric acids are used for the purposes of the invention into question unless it is due to any medical reason questionable aspects are excluded per se. It has have shown that in particular the alkali and alkaline earth peroxodisulfates have an advantageous effect, especially the sodium, potassium, Calcium and magnesium peroxodisulfates. Also ammonium peroxodisulfate can basically be used. With regard to the possible For irritation, it is recommended to have a low concentration choose. It has proven to be advantageous for each Use a diluted solution. The starting solution preferably has a concentration of about 0.1 to 1 mol, in particular about 0.4 to 0.6 mol / l. The extent of the dilution depends on the respective application. For the medical sector it has proven advantageous to concentrate the above Dilute the solution to such an extent that it is about 0.0001 to 0.001 mol / l Contains active ingredient.
A desirable storage stability of the agent according to the invention To obtain stabilizing peroxy compounds to be used, especially in the form of hydrogen peroxide, one Perborate, percarbonate or a peroxide of an alkali or alkaline earth metal. Hydrogen peroxide is used with particular advantage. The Desired stabilizing effect of the peroxy compound used in each case already arises when they are still concentrated in the agents according to the invention in a concentration of about 0.001 to 0.01 mol / l, in particular about 0.02 mol / l is present.
In the event that the stabilized agent according to the invention in systems is used in which additionally introduced organic substances Peroxy compounds of an organic nature can be harmless be used. They also lead to the desired stabilization. In any case, it must be surprising that it is already relatively small Concentrations of peroxy compound for the purpose of Stabilization are sufficient in the context of the invention.
With regard to the desired stabilization of the invention Mean also delivers a slightly above the neutral value pH is a benefit. So it turned out to be special achieved advantageous results with the agent according to the invention when the pH is in the range of about 7.2 to 7.8. Of course, these values can also be slightly exceeded or fallen short of will.
Surprisingly, it has now also been shown that the invention desired effects are stabilized or even favored, if the agent also contains chlorides and / or chlorites will. These are preferably alkali or alkaline earth metal compounds, especially about the potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium compounds.
According to the current state of knowledge, the invention seems Agent with the above-mentioned constituents in the form of the peroxosulfate, in particular peroxodisulfate, chloride, chlorite and stabilizing peroxy compound, especially hydrogen peroxide, on a chemical equilibrium system in the sense of Mass effect law. On the left side of the balance chain are the stabilizing compounds in the form of Chlorite and the peroxy compound, in particular hydrogen peroxide, while on the right side of the equilibrium chain Peroxosulfate in the form of peroxodisulfate and peroxomonosulfate as well as the chloride. In the sense of the invention, it is desirable that the equilibrium is largely on the peroxodisulfate side, since the actual active substance in the sense of the invention can be seen in it is.
When using the agent according to the invention later, the stabilizing portions, especially those in small amounts Stabilization of existing peroxy compounds, especially hydrogen peroxide, to be gradually degraded, reducing effectiveness of the now destabilized peroxodisulfate appears. Possibly this happens because the peroxodisulfate is oxygen releases, especially in the areas of treatment or regeneration of body cells, especially skin cells, has a regenerating effect. When "regeneration" is used in the context of the invention, then this term is to be understood as far as possible. It shouldn't just be understood the actual regeneration of impaired body cells be, but also the degradation of badly damaged cells, so that ultimately a fresh and healthy tissue remains or can grow back. The result is a completely healed tissue stay behind or arise. However, it can also be imagined that from the stabilized system when using hydrogen peroxide consumed in a bio-chemical reaction and the Amount of hydrogen peroxide consumed continuously by the system is delivered later.
The agent according to the invention shows an exceptionally favorable storage time of up to several years without the desired effect would be significantly reduced. In the application case there is a Destabilization by being in the system to be treated for the in small amounts of peroxy compound present as a reactant finds, which reduces this and thus the stabilization of the agent picks up. With such a reactant, it can be, for. B. the act in various cells peroxidases and catalases, d. H. to enzymes of plant and animal metabolism that belong to the group the peroxidoreductases belong. By their action after the The thesis represented above consumes hydrogen peroxide and the one mentioned Balance system disturbed. This system responds to this disorder in that fresh hydrogen peroxide due to the dynamic equilibrium relationships is supplied.
The agent according to the invention can be particularly advantageous, in particular stabilized by sodium chlorite and hydrogen peroxide, at water treatment. It doesn't matter which one Water is treated. So it can be the preparation of Drinking water, process water and swimming pool water for disinfection purposes act. But also the treatment of any wastewater, Industrial wastewater or domestic wastewater plays in the context of objective according to the invention plays a role. Disinfection or deodorized by degrading oxidizable substances. The disinfection takes place preferably with simultaneous use of chlorine, so that for The disinfection purposes are highly effective chlorine dioxide.
The agent according to the invention is of particular use in the preparation of swimming pool water, which is discussed in detail below is: the solution according to the invention can be directly chlorinated Pool water can be added, with a pH range of about 7 to 7.8 chlorite is formed immediately, by the same time existing chlorine is formed in a subsequent reaction chlorine dioxide. To optimize the desired processes, the invention Agents already contain chlorite, which has already been discussed above has been. It is clear to the bathing water technologist that sufficient Amount of chlorine must be present so that by the said Coupling reaction chlorite / chlorine the chlorine dioxide required for disinfection arises. The special and straightforward in terms of chemical mechanisms recognizable advantage of the invention By means is that if the accidentally or on purpose the Chlorine intake is reduced, the system does not have an undesirable Overdose of chlorite reacts. Rather, it remains in a state of equilibrium, in which mainly small amounts of chlorite are formed. The 100% conversion to chlorine dioxide is so fast that at dosing on the raw water side in no case chlorite, but chlorine dioxide could be detected. The achieved Water quality is that of known processes (acid process or Hypochlorous acid method), especially because of that inventive means offers the self-regulation shown. The is a preparation process using the agent according to the invention, as shown, exceptionally inexpensive and technically simple too to lead.
However, the agents according to the invention can be used for other useful purposes respectively. So it has been shown that in particular diluted agent according to the invention excellent effect Regeneration of body cells, especially skin cells, shows what has already been referred. The areas of application play a particular role here a role where the agent according to the invention has a biocidal effect. The applies in particular to a dilute solution which, in addition to a peroxy compound, especially hydrogen peroxide, chlorite and chloride contains, the peroxodisulfate when used preferably in is about 0.0001 to 0.001 molar concentration. So you can the inventive agent for hygienic disinfectant body care use z. B. for foot care in swimming pools, saunas, etc., especially in the treatment of sweaty feet. Special It also shows suitability for externally treatable skin diseases and -allergies, especially skin lichen, psoriasis, and eczema Lupus, major fungi, or general inflammatory skin diseases that by bacteria or protozoa, by viruses or fungi (candidiasis, Trichophytia, pityriasis and herpes, etc.). Also it is suitable for the treatment of varicose veins. Likewise, skin diseases in the throat or mouth, like bleeding teeth, with the agents according to the invention are successfully treated. As a result it is a highly effective drug. In addition, it leaves are generally used as a skin care product, in small quantities Concentrations of swimming pool or bath water when bathing can be added.
Interestingly, despite the information given at the beginning of the State of the art by the present invention in Pharmaceuticals, especially in this area, found that the Agent according to the invention, at least in a skin-compatible Dilution, is highly effective in the above applications. In any case, the skin irritation is negligible reduced. In dilutions of the concentrated solution to water from about 1:10 were even spectacular antifungal effects approved. The agent according to the invention also proves to be highly effective effective in the healing of a long-term severe Neurodermatitis. Here, however, the solution must be applied in a very dilute form about 20 to 30 ml of the concentrated solution per bath with a slow incline to the limit of individual tolerance of the respective patient.
The successes in the treatment are extremely surprising of psoriasis (psoriasis) with the invention Set means. With about three baths a week (about 100 ml concentrated agent according to the invention per bathtub with exclusion other bath additives) occurs in about 80% of psoriasis Detachment of the scales, even without any mechanical action the first baths. The itching subsides quickly. The sublime Skin areas flatten and the dark red color gives way to you vivid pale pink. After an occasional one Stagnation phases of about 2 to 3 months normalize before affected main parts.
A very amazing effect has also been found in the treatment of diabetic Gangrene (open legs) noted. So healed in one In individual cases a wound of thumb-wide depth and a length of about 7 cm when bathing with a dilute solution according to the invention (Dilution of the concentrated solution with water in a ratio of 1: 100) after treatment for about 8 weeks.
As a result, the agent according to the invention serves in the broadest sense for Treatment of any skin diseases. It can also be used for sterilizing and / or deodorising treatment of various use aqueous systems, especially for the treatment of drinking water, Swimming pool water and process water as well as for the treatment of various Sewage.
The invention is to be explained in more detail below using an example are explained:
About 120 g of sodium peroxodisulfate are in 1 l of water (carbonate hardness: 18 degrees) given. This solution also contains 0.001 mol of hydrogen peroxide and 0.001 mol of sodium chloride were added. Be further 0.5 mol of sodium chlorite added. Then add Sodium hydrogen sulfate the pH of the agent to 7.2 to 7.8 set.
The solution obtained by the preparation method described above provides 100% water treatment in a swimming pool Conversion to chlorine dioxide. The water quality is compared to the conventional Preparation process significantly improved. The fresh water additive per bathing guest can increase to 30 l compared to known methods be reduced. In addition, this aqueous solution shows up in a 0.0001 molar concentration is also excellent, among other things suitable for an effective treatment of skin diseases, especially psoriasis and skin fungi.
