Description

The object of the invention relates to an application for a laboratory dishwasher for holding and holding of endoscopes when cleaning, which is a rigid control part, a flexible introductory part and a flexible one Have light source connection and also with a Bi opsiekanal or suction channels in the flexible entry are provided.

The usual cleaning of flexible endoscopes or Fiberscopes by hand in special rinsing containers or in sets takes a lot of time in every hospital. Such a cleaning method is also problematic with regard to perfect sterile, hygienic cleaning, especially as the biopsy or suction channels that partly also through the rigid control part of the endoscope are difficult for manual cleaning or are hardly accessible. Furthermore, cleaning is several Endoscopes through the many long flexible endoscope parts tedious and cumbersome. In particular, with manual Cleaning the very sensitive optics and controls directions of the endoscopes are easily damaged. tries for the mechanical cleaning of such flexible endoscopes have so far been unsuccessful.

Die gerätefeste Stützvorrichtung in der Waschvorrichtung ermöglicht auch nicht das bequeme und bereits für den Reinigungsgang richtige Ablegen eines schon benutzten Endoskops getrennt von der Waschvorrich tung.DE 33 08 728 A1 describes a washing device for Endoscopes known, but in a cleaning cycle can only record one endoscope at a time elongated flexible biopsy and light guide cable sections in opposite directions spirally on one device fixed support device of the washing device is to be put down. The support device is between two rotating sprays  facilities provided, their spray nozzles as well stationary washing nozzles in the washing liquid from outside spray onto the endoscope. The stationary ones Wash nozzles are provided so that they include the optics Spray the outside operating section of the endoscope. Around an endoscope on the support as freely as possible to be able to place the device is the spray nozzle at the top Spray arm designed to be radially movable. This nozzle takes a retracted position when the washer is open for inserting the endoscope and during rinsing Water pressure controlled an extended position which overlaps the removal opening for the endoscope. This requires a complex construction with the Another disadvantage of not optimal cleaning of everyone Sections of the flexible endoscopes. In particular, with given the known washing device no security, that the inside of the flexible cable sections one Endoscopes available through narrow English channels rinsed and cleaned. Because the device open only one endoscope for each cleaning cycle efficient washing operation is also not possible. Furthermore, a second must be used to dry the endoscope Downstream device in which the endoscope must change. The device-fixed support device in the washing device does not allow the convenient and already deposit one correctly for the cleaning cycle already used endoscope separately from the washing device tung.

The invention has for its object an insert for a laboratory dishwasher for holding and holder endoscopes in which they are rational and cleaned properly, with an optimal Cleaning even the inaccessible instrument cavity clear the endoscope without damage.

The task is performed according to a device the preamble of claim 1 by the features of Characteristic of claim 1 solved.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.Advantageous refinements emerge from the subclaims forth.

The advantages achieved with the invention are particular to be seen in the fact that several endoscopes in one operation optimally according to the hygiene regulations of the sick houses mechanically cleaned inside and out and also ge can be dried, the length of the flexible Endoscope parts as well as the cleaning of the cavities or channels is no longer a problem. Due to the advantageous spiral or helical downward storage and arrangement Natural water is used in the endoscopes drain when cleaning both outside and inside the channels of the flexible endoscope parts effectively under supports. In this way and by adhering to one against side distance between the endoscope parts, which does not allow the parts to touch each other advantageously achieved that water residues or Drops can not set, so after drying there are no water pockets in the endoscope. By the one adapted to the basic dimensions of the washing container Basic mission and on the other hand by the arrangement the images of the rigid control parts of the endoscopes in a corner of the approximately square base use is also an optimal use of space guaranteed, the arrangement of the endoscopes in several levels one above the other in this context Brings advantages.

Es zeigt:The following description serves to explain the Invention, of which an embodiment in the drawing is shown.  It shows:

A shown in Fig. 1 insert 1 for a not presented Darge laboratory dishwasher serves for receiving and retaining one or more flexible endoscopes 2 or Fibersksope, both inside to be cleaned in the automatic washing machine as well as the outside. For the external cleaning of the flexible endoscopes 2 are used in the washing room of the automatic washing machine in the usual and known manner angeord Neten spray organs, which can be, for example, rotating spray arms or fixed spray nozzles. Additional spray nozzles for the external cleaning of the endoscopes 2 could of course also be seen on insert 1 .

The insert 1 , which can have impellers 3 , is designed as a support frame 12 , 13 , 15 for the flexible endoscopes 2 , the endoscopes 2 with their rigid control parts 2 a and flexible insertion parts 2 b and flexible light source connections 2 c being spiral or spiral in several levels can be stored one above the other. In the exemplary embodiment, the insert 1 is designed to hold two endoscopes 2 .

Furthermore, the insert 1 is provided with a pipe system 4 (cf. FIGS. 2, 3) for cleaning and drying the endoscopes 2 , which has connection nozzles 5 , 6 for flushing water and drying air that can be coupled in a known manner with the dishwasher. The connecting piece 5 for the rinsing water is preferably arranged centrally in the insert 1 and the same in height, while the connecting piece 6 for the drying air is provided horizontally in the lower part of the insert 1 .

For cleaning the inside of the fexiben insertion custom parts 2 already mentioned, the endoscope 2, which is well known, the biopsy channels, the suction channels and possibly also other continuous channels b possess are provided by the pipe system 4 of continuous rinsing water and drying air nozzles 7 in a receiving connection piece 8 of the insert. 1 About these drying air and flushing water nozzles 7 , the be on the rigid control parts 2 a of the endoscopes 2 be sensitive connections of the aforementioned biopsy and suction channels from elastic receptacles 9 with the pipe system 4 are preferably connected. On the receiving sleeves 9 are either interchangeable for different types of endoscopes or can be used as adapters. For the internal cleaning of the biopsy channels of the flexible insertion parts 2 b, which are also guided into the rigid control parts 2 a, the receiving connector 8 or the associated flushing water and drying air nozzle 7 is connected to the biopsy channel opening via connecting tubes 10 . There is also a valve flap 11 controlled by the rinsing water or the drying air in the pipe system 4 of the insert 1 , which prevents rinsing water from entering the drying air passages or air into the waterways of the pipe system of the automatic dishwasher.

In order to store the flexible endoscopes 2 helically or spirally in the insert 1 in a space-saving manner without mutual interference, receptacles 12 for the rigid control parts 2 a of the endoscopes 2 are each arranged above the supports 13 provided for an endoscope 2 for the flexible endoscope parts on the insert 1 . The supports 13 for the flexible parts of the endoscopes 2 are designed in a helical downward direction. A spirally inward storage of the flexible parts of the endoscopes 2 is advantageous because this prevents the flexible parts (insertion part 2 b and light source connection 2 c) from touching the rigid control parts 2 a of the endoscopes 2 .

The insert 1 has an approximately square base layer 14 ( FIGS. 2, 3), within which the pads 13 are provided approximately in a circular arrangement. In front of the approximately square base pad 14 of the insert 1 , which is predetermined by the basic dimensions of the interior of the washing compartment, holding rods 15 ( FIG. 2) go vertically upwards, on which the receptacles 12 for the rigid control parts 2 a of the endoscopes 2 and the pads 13 for the flexible endoscope parts 2 b, 2 c are arranged. The receptacles 12 for the rigid control parts 2 a of the endoscopes 2 are expediently arranged one above the other in a corner of the square base support. As a result, the entire space of the emergency vehicle is used sensibly and optimally without the risk of undue bending of the flexible endoscope parts. The formation of the support frame 12 , 13 , 15 with the receptacles 12 and the supports 13 allows both short and very long flexible endoscopes for cleaning and drying.

The supports 13 for the flexible insertion parts 2 b of the endoscopes 2 are arranged on the outside of the vertical holding rods 15 , while the supports 13 for the flexible light source connections 2 c are arranged on the inside of the vertical holding rods 15 or vice versa.
