Description
Vorrichtung zur Übertragung der Kolbenbewegung auf die Treibwelle mittels Zahnräder für Maschinen mit im Gehäuse sich abwälzendem und gleitendem Kolben von urrundem und eckigem oder urrundem Querschnitt. Der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, bei Maschinen mit im Gehäuse sich abwälzendem und gleitendem Kolben und Übertragung der Bewegung des Kolbenslauf die Treibwelle mittels Zahnräder einen praktisch richtigen Zahneingriff zu erhalten.Device for transmitting the piston movement to the drive shaft by means of gears for machines with pistons that roll and slide in the housing of round and square or round cross-sections. Die hierdurch hervorgerufenen Nachteile sind Störungen durch Zahnradbruch und großes Geräusch der laufenden Zahnräder. Um diese Mängel zu beseitigen, wird entweder das große Zahnrad mit Innenverzahnung abgeflacht (Fig. z bis 3), und zwar richten sich die Abflachungen nach der Zahl der Kolbenecken, oder aber es werden normale runde Räder angewendet und dabei das auf der Welle sitzende Ritzel e exzentrisch auf der Welle angeordnet (Fig. 3 bis 6), wobei die Zähnezahlen der beiden Räder zueinander in einem bestimmten Verhältnis stehen müssen.In Figs.
