Description
The invention relates to a speech device according to the Oberbe handle of claim 1.
Such a speaking device for a wearer of a mouth the wearer's protective mask is from the FR-PS 13 91 666 known. In the known intercom is the microphone is designed as a structure-borne sound microphone and in Height of the zygomatic bone of the mask wearer on the inside or attached to the outside of the mask. This solution is problematic for several reasons. Deliver on the one hand namely structure-borne microphones because of the between the vibrating bones or cartilage and the microphone lying, dampening skin and adipose tissue in typical Way distorted voice output signals definitely are getting used to and first understanding can cause difficulties. Furthermore, it is due the different bone structure does not guarantee that the microphone attached to the mask for each Mask wearer lies reliably against the cheekbone. If that Microphone attached to the inside of the mask, erge there are still problems with gas-tight Execution for the supply to the loudspeaker by the Mask material through. On the other hand, it does Mask material on the outside of the mask attached microphone an additional signal distortion and damping.
The invention is based on this prior art the task is based on masks that have at least the mouth and generally also the nose of the mask wearer cover to indicate a speaking device which on the one hand the tightness or protective function of the mask in not affected in any way and independent on the other output signal undistorted from the bone structure of the mask wearer nale delivers that on the speaker of the intercom in good understandable speech signals can be implemented.
This task is done with a generic speech device by the features of the characterizing part of the patent spell 1 solved.
According to the invention, the signal generators are equipment including the microphone on the Arranged outside of the mask, the elastic body held by speech signals inside the mask due to the resonating material of the mask itself appropriate vibrations is excited and this pure mechanically transmits to the microphone.
This has the advantage that in the material the mask no openings need to be provided, which in Use to tightness problems and a hazard of the mask wearer. It can also do that elastic body with comprehensive vibration system exactly on the microphone used, especially on its Membrane, be tuned so that from the microphone electrical signals are generated that can be used with the help of a speaker in easy to understand, the natural Have the language implement appropriate voice signals.
In an embodiment of the invention, it has proven to be advantageous proven when the elastic body held by is supported by two elastic elements, whereby one precise guidance and secure support of the body becomes light and when the body - on its from the mask opposite end - with a membrane of the microphone is coupled.
Es zeigtThe invention is described below with reference to drawings explained in more detail. It shows
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Person mit einer Maske, die mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Sprechgerät ausgerüstet ist; und Figure 1 is a perspective view of a person with a mask equipped with a speech device according to the invention. and
Fig. 2 is a partial cross section through the Signalerzeu disposal facilities of the speaker device of the mask of FIG. 1.
In particular, FIG. 1 shows a male 10 with a head 12 which includes a mask 14 carries. The mask is provided with bands 16 and 18 with which it is held on the head 12 . In the mask 14 shown, two inlet filters 20 , 22 are provided, through which polluted air is sucked in and in which the air is cleaned in a known manner so that it can be inhaled without harmful consequences. The mask 14 also has an outlet 24 through which used air can escape through which no polluted air can get into the interior of the mask. The mask 14 is also provided along its edge with a seal against the face of the wearer to prevent contaminated air from entering the edge of the mask. A container 26 is fastened to the outside of the mask 14 and receives a communication element 28 for external communication, which can be frictionally fitted into the container 26 . With the aid of the element 28 , as will be explained in more detail below, an output signal can be generated when the man 10 speaks. This signal is transmitted via a connecting line 30 to a loudspeaker 32 which, for example, can be attached to a belt 34 with a clip. The speaker 32 is provided with a rotary knob 36 , which serves as an on / off switch and for adjusting the volume.
As shown in Fig. 2, the container 26 can be attached to the outside of the mask 14 with an adhesive 38 which connects the container 26 to the mask without impairing its tightness. In a first embodiment of a communication element or a signal generator 28 , an inner housing set 40 and an outer housing part 42 are provided, which are connected to one another at a connection point 44 in such a way that a recess 46 remains free, in which the O-ring 48 is arranged. The outer housing part 42 is provided with a counterbore for receiving an electret microphone 50 , which has a housing 52 in which there is an electret 54 and a membrane 56 , which spans a sound opening 64 in the base of the housing 52 . A coaxial cable 58 , which transmits the output signal to the connecting line 30 , is passed through an opening 60 in the wall of the outer housing part 42 . The signal generator 28 also has a silicone rubber contact 62 , which partially extends into the sound opening 64 and is in contact with the membrane 56 .
One end of a metal bolt 66 which passes through the O-ring 48 is connected to the contact or contact piece 62 by means of a layer 68 made of a suitable plastic adhesive. A material such as that sold under the trade name "Cycolac" by Marbon Chemical Division of Borg Warner Corp., Gary, Indiana, USA can be used as the adhesive. This material is a highly impact-resistant, styrene-like, rigid, thermoplastic synthetic resin, which is particularly suitable for producing a hard, flat connecting layer between the surface at one end of the metal bolt 66 and the rubber contact piece 62 .
In the base of the inner housing part 40 is a foot part 70 made of a suitable material, such as. B. made of silicone rubber. The foot part 70 has an extension 72 which is received by a recess 74 in the bolt 66 . When the elements of the signal generator 28 are assembled in the housing parts 40 and 42 , the outer open end of the outer housing 42 can be potted with a potting compound 76 to secure the individual parts in place. In the arrangement described, when the person wearing the mask 14 speaks, the mask material and the signal generator 28 vibrate. These vibrations result due to the inertial mass of the bolt 66 in a relative movement between the Bol zen 66 and the microphone housing 52, which is transmitted from the Mem bran 56 on the electret. In this case, an amplifier can be provided in the housing 52 in a manner known per se, which generates an audio-frequency output signal as a function of the vibrations of the electret 54 that are transmitted through the membrane 56 . This signal passes through the connection line 30 to the speaker 32 , where it can be further strengthened ver, so that it is audible to a person near the mask wearer.
