Abstract

The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for the transmission of magnetic alternating fields over a non-ferromagnetic distance and relates to the wireless transmission of audio-frequency signal currents to an electro-acoustic transducer. The audio-frequency signal currents generated in a first area are transmitted via a wireless link to a second area in such a way that an electro-acoustic transducer is excited here in proportion to the signal currents. The invention comprises a device for magnetic audio-frequency transmission such that, according to Figure 1, the low-frequency information (UNF) is applied by means of a series resistor (1) to the primary winding (2) of a constant-current transformer (3) comprising a U-shaped iron core (4), a yoke (5) and the secondary winding (6) wound on it and the generated magnetic leakage flux (7) passes through the non-ferromagnetic medium (8) so that alternating currents are generated by induction in the secondary coil (5) which are proportional to the current passing through the primary coil. These alternating currents are fed to an electro-acoustic transducer (9), e.g. a loudspeaker, and radiated as sound signals. <IMAGE>
